Some of us are lucky enough to find our passions early in life while others take a few years. However, once we find those passions, we also find meaning and purpose. For some of us, that purpose is to change the world for good, while others aspire to passively make it worse while they work to become filthy rich.
Some of us find our passion in sports while others find it in the arts. For this llama, his passion came in the form of a leaf blower.

“Each morning, we clean out the stalls in the Children’s Zoo with a leaf blower,” zoo officials wrote. “Our llama Fiesta runs right up to the keepers so she can enjoy the breeze!”

When somebody hands me a cookie, there’s not much I won’t do to make sure it ends up in my mouth.
Like me, this dog has similar values. His Mom recently made a video showing off her little guys who has serious skills despite not having any thumbs.
The awesome pooch takes the plastic container between his paws and gnaws at the bottle cap twisting and turning until finally, it budges.
Blessed with success, the pooch hungrily swallows his treasure. Mom says “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but sometimes you don’t have to.”
In this case, the pooch has been doing this since he was a pup. He’s always been crafty and more intelligent than his peers. If you present him with a problem, there’s nothing he can’t solve, and in this case, if you present him with a stack of cookies, there’s truly nothing that will stand in his way…not even absent thumbs.

Artists are known for their way of thinking outside the box. Where most see ordinary objects, artists see duel potential and the possibility of telling more than one story.
Take Peter Adams-Shawn of Memories of Tomorrow, for example. This talented photographer has taken some unique wedding photos. He likes to play with reflections and find stories in the mirrors.

When journalist Stacey Slaughter held the pint-sized cherub in her hand, she thought she was going to cry, not because it was sad but because it was too cute.
The art critic came across sculptor Camille Allen from British Columbia, who molds these newborn cherubs from clay. Real as they may look, they are far from it.
[Camille Allen]Allen has been working with clay her entire life. She says she was inspired to create this project because of her mother-in-law. The other artist in the family used to create life-size sculptures of people.

While a mouse might be on of the smaller creatures in the animal kingdom, this mother mouse is proving that her size has nothing to do with the strength of her maternal instinct or her bravery.
When one mouse mother saw her little baby being carried off by a snake, she knew she had to do something to save it from becoming dinner, and she had to act quick since the snake already had her helpless baby in between its fangs.
Despite her small stature, mom started attacking the snake’s tail by biting it and scratching at it as it slithered along the road. At first, it doesn’t seem to make any difference, but then the snake drops her baby after getting a hard bite to the tail.

While the snake dropped her baby, mom made sure he wouldn’t try and come back a second time by chasing after it and continuing to attack it. Once she knows it’s safe, she finds her way back to her traumatized baby.

An 18-year-old woman has been arrested after an altercation with her boyfriend in which she allegedly used her 6-month-old son to batter her boyfriend.
According to Florida news sources, Beach Safety Ocean Rescue Captain Tammy Marris says the 6-month-old boy was taken to a hospital Monday afternoon, the 4th of July, for injuries. He is reportedly doing okay.
Officers responded right before 4:30 p.m. answering a call on the beach in Daytona Beach, Florida. Marris says responders found Tatyana Allen had battered her boyfriend, also the baby’s father, with the child.

Officers arrested Allen on charges of battery and infliction of physical/mental injury on a child. She was being held Monday night without bail. It’s unclear whether Allen has an attorney.

This puppy may be a little hoarse, because there’s no way animals are actually meant to make this sound.
Honey is an adorable Frenchie puppy who we came across thanks to Rumble user honey_the_frenchie1. However, Honey is having a hard day.
She can’t jump up onto the couch. Her legs are small and stubby and the couch is unattainable in this little girls mind.
[Rumble]The little squirt howls and yelps, looking for attention from her owners, but they simply sit and record the whole adorable ordeal.
We can only assume they took pity on her soon enough, because the video quickly cuts out and they likely pulled up the pint-sized pooch onto the couch.
But her bark is one of the strangest sound we’ve ever heard from a dog!

Some say it sounds like a hiccuping baby while others think she has something going on vocally (like how a cold affects the sound of your voice). Other think she just sounds like a toddler trying to mimic a barking dog, which might be the most ironic of them all.

After giving birth to three children in just one year, one Canadian mom decided to embrace her postpartum body in a sexy photo shoot.
Melanie Varney welcomed her first son on March 11, 2013, and gave birth to twin daughters just under one year later on March 10, 2014.
“Once the twins were born my confidence in my image was gone,” Varney told The Huffington Post. “I was on top of the world with what my body had just produced, but the reflection of myself in the mirror was that of a stranger. “
Varney stumbled across a model callout for intimate couples session at a lake by photographer Trina Cary and immediately jumped at the opportunity. Already knowing Cary when she photographed products for her decorative arts company, the photographer said she was pleased Varney volunteered. Her story is also an important one to tell- one that teaches women to lost and accept their bodies, postpartum and all.

Varney recalls that her postpartum body image was far from her mind- “It was all about survival and preparing for a very busy time,” she told the Huffington Post. Yet still, Varney found herself googling photos of ‘twins moms postpartum’ to try and find similarities between her body and theirs.

“Of course, as mothers, we all agree that our babies are completely worth the skin, the stretches, and the lumps and bumps, but just as we are mothers, we are still ourselves,” she added. “I was still Mel. I still needed to feel happy with ‘Mel,’ not just ‘mom,’” Varney said.
For her photo shoot, Varney and her husband agreed to bare all and pose with each other in a lake. “I want to teach women and men how to be confident again. You don’t have to be perfect in every way to be beautiful, you just have to own your flaws and embrace your differences,” the mom said.

If you have any doubts, just check out this incredible “make-under”. Whether we like it or not, the way we look is how others often perceive us and the impact of this is obvious everywhere. People are always debating about how race, religion, and stature affect a person, but as we can see in the following video, the way a person is dressed says more than all of these combined.
“They were all telling me to go away,” 6-year-old Anano says in the following heartbreaking video from UNICEF. Anano is an actor for a social experiment, in which UNICEF dresses the little girl in expensive-looking clothes and leaves her on the street to see how people react. Unsurprisingly, many people stop to try and help the little girl, asking her where her parents are and what they can do.
[UNICEF]Next time around, the situation is very different, as Anano looks dirty and unkempt, in clothes that make the little girl seem homeless. Instead of stopping to ask this 6-year-old if she is in danger, people keep walking, and avoid making eye contact with the child.
[UNICEF] “Every day, millions of children living in poverty are ignored, pushed aside and deprived of everything they need to thrive,” UNICEF wrote on YouTube. It’s hard enough that so many adults are on the street without food, clothing, or shelter, but to have kids suffering and no one willing to help them hurts so much more.

Some parents and dads, in particular, will go a little too far when it comes to looking after their only daughters.
Many dads feel it is an obligation of theirs to protect their little girl from harm, and keep her away from boys for as long as possible.
One hunky dad made his daughter wear a t-shirt with an image of him on it highlighting his muscles and tattoos in an attempt to prevent boys from coming near his daughter. After the image was posted on Life of Dad’s Facebook page with the caption, “Dad security,” many users were quick to share their opinions.
One dad wrote, “My daughter is a human being not my property. If you as a father set an example of what a loving caring man is supposed to be you won’t have to worry about your daughter falling for possessive men.”
Another commented, “That is the worst response to raising a daughter. It tells her that her body is not her own, but is controlled by a man. Fathers should empower girls to be in control of their bodies and their lives. Girls are sexual creatures too and that shouldn’t be repressed, but rather, developed in a way that gives her agency.”
Although some people did see the humor in this photo, as it indeed was a joke: “This is the best, people don’t take this so serious this is a fun Dad who loves his baby!!! Nice Job Dad!” one commenter wrote.

When the humans are away, do ghosts really come out to play?
That might be the question on everyone’s minds until the end of time, but there have definitely been more than a few amateur ghostbusters out there who want to convince you one way or the other.
This is exactly why it doesn’t surprise us one bit here at LifeDaily that Warwick, Rhode Island dad Scotty Denton went viral over the Fourth of July holiday weekend for a pretty shocking video that defies explanation.
[Facebook]In the clip that has been viewed more than 4.6 million times on Facebook since it was posted on June 28, 2016, Denton explains that he tried to bring his three kids to the local playground, but when they pulled up, no one wanted to get out of the car.
In the previously “live” video, Denton and his children explain that the park was far from windy that day and there wasn’t anyone around to prank them, so when they saw a swing moving around uncontrollably, it understandably freaked them out.
[Facebook]What was supposed to be a fun day out with Dad turned into a creepy and unforgettable “paranormal” experience for the Dentons. “This is real, look at this. There’s nobody on it, there’s no wind,” Denton says on camera, as his son explains someone might’ve pushed the swing, but it seemed very impossible.
Although many commenters insist that the swing must be the work of gusting winds, one local friend sided with the Denton’s. “We drive by it all the time, that thing is always going crazy…it’s gonna knock someone out one day lol.”

Penny the 3-month-old Boston Terrier was playing with her 2-year-old tiny human Sienna when the toddler accidentally put the dog into the dryer as part of the game.
Being just a kid, Sienna, of course, had no idea what she was doing, and it took mom, Christine Edwards 30 minutes to find her beloved pooch. After checking all around the house and even outside, Edwards finally decided to check the dryer, being that it was the only place she didn’t look.
She yanked the tumble dryer door open to find a Penny very hot and out of breath and hidden amongst the sheets.

Mom immediately held the limp puppy under cold water and immediately rushed Penny to the vet where doctors hooked him up to a drip and told Edwards to prepare for the worst.
Miraculously, Penny was able to return home after a 2-day stay, suffering burns on her stomach, mouth, and eye.
“I heard tumble dryer going I had an instinct she was in there so I opened it up. I found her limp and panting with her tongue hanging out and feeling hot. I ran upstairs with her and put her under the cold tap. She was just flopping and on death’s door,” she said.

Claims about twins having a unique and special connection have gone on since the beginning of time, but the following story has us scratching our heads wondering if this was sheer coincidence or something only twins could do.
As you can see in this touching video about two tiny newborns embracing each other for the very first time outside of the womb, there is an undeniable bond between twins. Twin sisters Sarah Mariuz and Leah Rodgers have always had a very special bond as well, and now their newborns will hopefully have share something similar.
Last year, the identical twin sisters learned they were each pregnant and wanted to surprise one another. However, as soon as Rodgers saw her sister on Thanksgiving, she said she knew. “She showed up to my front door and I welcomed her and Nick [Mariuz’s husband] inside,” said Rodgers, an education strategist for Dell. “And I had this crazy twin intuition — I call it my ‘twintuition’ — and I knew she was pregnant, too.”
[TODAY]The sisters told TODAY that they shared in the good news and had a joint baby shower, but the idea of them giving birth on the same day seemed extremely far-fetched, until they realized they were due just 4 days apart.
“We were jumping up and down, just so happy for each other. Everyone was just in shock,” Mariuz, who works in medical sales, said. It was especially strange since the sisters hadn’t planned on having children at the same time.

The 35-year-old identical twins, each gave birth to their first child on the same day, Thursday June 30, 2016 at the same exact time in each sister’s respective time zone.
[TODAY]Rodgers, who told TODAY she was the “tomboy” growing up gave birth first, welcoming baby boy Reid Joseph at 1:18 a.m., in Denver, Colorado. Next up was Mariuz, the more “girly” twin, whose daughter Samantha Lynne was born at 1:18 a.m., in La Jolla, California.

Little Missy had a sorry start in life. Her living conditions were hugely inappropriate for a bear like herself and she became too much for the family that owned her. Kids don’t always play nice, especially when they see another child is playing with something they want, but one Indiana mom is begging parents to teach their children to play nice after her little boy ended up in critical condition after a day at the park.
Brittany Stier brought her 5-year-old son to the playground with her sister one afternoon to play, and at first, the day started off great as Adrian got to play with the other kids on the jungle gym. “I turned around and he was at the splash pad,” Stier said. “The next thing I know, my sister is saying, ‘Adrian what’s wrong,’ and I look and he’s pale and he’s throwing up then he just collapsed.”
After finding Adrian unconscious at the bottom of the slide, Stier grabbed her son and rushed him immediately to the hospital, but pulled over and called EMS when he started having a seizure.

He finally woke up once they arrived at the hospital, and explained what happened. “I was like, ‘Do you know where you’re at?’ He said, ‘Yeah I’m at the hospital,’ Stier said. “And I said, ‘Do you know what happened?’ and he said, ‘Yeah I hit my head.’ He’s like, ‘I was at the top of the stairs and some kids pushed me down.’”
Adrian was released from the hospital shortly after that, but has been in the ICU after having another seizure episode. “Now he’s not speaking. He won’t talk and can barely open his eyes,” mom said about her little boy who doctors determined is suffering from a severe concussion.
Now Stier is insisting parents talk to their kids about how dangerous rough play can be. “I’m not looking to sue anybody or press charges,” Stier said. “I just want parents to know that their children are doing these things. Teach your children it’s not okay.”

After being abused and neglected since the day he was born, it’s no surprise this rescue dog is terrified of just about any human contact, but his determined rescuer will try just about anything to show him that not all people are so bad.
In late July, rescuers found a baby pitbull who was only about 6 months old covered in scars and cuts, and was shaking in fear. The petrified pup, who they named Fletcher, was brought to Chicago’s city shelter, and a couple of days later he was still shaking in fear when Stephanie Paluch, founder of the Players for Pits rescue group, picked him up.
“It’s the worst I’ve ever seen and he’s only six-ish months. All we know is that he is absolutely terrified of people, so our only real guess is that people were not very kind to him,” Paluch said.

While Fletcher was terrified in the shelter, he got even more scared when Paluch took him the shelter and brought him into her car. “To Fletcher that was probably the most safe place he had ever been. It’s so sad to think a puppy as young as him has experienced so much physical and mental pain that he would want to stay at animal control, but from his perspective, it was probably the first place he had consistent food, water and shelter,” she said.
As they drove away from the shelter, however, Paluch started singing along to a song on the radio, and she was amazed when it seemed to make Fletcher calm down. “He seemed to relax so I kept it going. And he finally looked at me and smiled,” she said.

However, the smile quickly disappeared when a motorcycle zoomed past them, Paluch explained the moment was a sign of hope. “It was a glimpse of what will be and it was a huge reward to see that in him.”

Unless you’re the mom who keeps her kids on leashes, misplacing a child in a big crowd is pretty much inevitable, so take a look at these 5 genius tips to keep kids safe should they be separated in a crowd:
5. Teach Kids Over 4 Your Phone Number: Not only will it help you locate your child faster, but teaching them to memorize your cell phone number will help them from panicking if they get lost in a crowd since they know exactly how to get in touch with you.
4. Write Contact Info On Their Wrist: Unless you’re confident they know your phone number by heart, you should always write your phone number on their wrist and seal it with liquid band-aid to keep it from smudging or washing away.
3. Point Out Staff: Make sure kids can identify staff or lifeguards by pointing out name tags, event shirts, or other uniforms since they will ensure your child stays safe until they can locate you.

Those who adore the outdoors know the big three to avoid: poison ivy, poison oak, and poison sumac.
But perhaps you’ve never heard of the giant hogweed. I hadn’t heard of it, but now I’m frightened of the consequences that come from messing around with the ghastly plant.

She was on a fishing trip with her dad when she picked a piece of a Giant Hogweed plant to add to a den she was building. By the next day, Lauren had bright red burns on her hands and cheeks, but when her parents took her to the hospital.
However, doctors told Mom and Dad she was just suffering from bad sunburn. Unsatisfied with the diagnosis, Russell and Charlotte Fuller turned to Google to research their daughter’s symptoms – and quickly realized she was a victim of Giant Hogweed.
Giant hogweed is a very large plant. It can grow to be anywhere from 6 feet to 18 feet in size. And according to the trusty Wikipedia, the sap of giant hogweed causes is toxic to humans, It results in blisters, long-lasting scars, and if it comes in contact with eyes, blindness.
[Pixabay]However, because the sap only reacts to ultraviolet light, the kind of light we get from sitting in direct sunlight, it’s possible to go a few days without a reaction. Then, when a substantial amount of light is absorbed, it reacts to the sap and creates this rash.

Being a cheerleader is a tough commitment, especially at the college level. Despite being thought of as more of a club than an actual sport, cheerleading is a highly intense and competitive sport that requires a massive amount of strength, endurance, and poise.
Much like marriage, it’s not for the faint of heart. So when former cheerleaders and University of Kentucky alum decided to tie the knot, they did it the only way they knew how: with pep.
