Golden Retriever Pup Gives Himself A Bath Every Night is an article from: LifeDaily

Perhaps you saw the awful video that came out recently showing two students throwing a dog off a roof.

The video is graphic and we will not be showing the footage here. Below is just a still image from the awful recording:

A good samaritan took it upon himself to find the pup…and he did!

Animal rights activist Shravan Krishnan posted an image of himself holding the dog, which he found alive before police even found the bad guys.

“Good news – The dog has been found alive,” wrote Mr Krishnan. “She is not able to walk properly. She is with us now. Will be under treatment. What breaks my heart is that she was still wagging her tail.”

He posted a picture of himself with the dog on Facebook saying she’s okay:

The following day, police tracked down the men who did this to the poor animal.

Police in Southern India tracked down the two men, who happened to be medical students and said they were doing this “just for fun,” according to Telegraph. Police in Tamil Nadu state arrested the pair, who are final-year students at a medical college in the state capital Chennai, and a local court on Wednesday granted them bail.

The dog is safe and in good hands once again. Here’s a video of her wagging her tail. She has a few injuries, especially in her hind quarters, but it looks like she’s going to be fine.

It’s disgusting that people who are looking to become members of the medical community who would vow to “do no harm,” would act in such a disgusting way toward a helpless creature.

Dog Flung From Roof With Shocking Cruelty Is Now In Safe Hands is an article from: LifeDaily

After getting diagnosed with cancer, almost everyone dreams of their last day of treatment when doctors will be able to tell them that they are officially cancer free.

When Alissa Bousquet found out that she only had only had one more day of chemotherapy to treat her breast cancer, her husband Brad decided to commemorate the special day they had been waiting for since being diagnosed by having 500 roses delivered to her at the hospital.

“She has amazed me with her strength, courage, and positive attitude through it all,” Brad wrote on YouTube. “I wanted to do something special during this last treatment to celebrate the end of her chemo and to show her the tremendous love and support she has from her friends and family.”

With the help of local florist Sue Beckner, Brad enlisted the community’s help to buy a rose for $10 each, which would be donated entirely to the Susan G. Komen foundation. After spreading the word, they managed to raise $4,500 for the cause, and had about 500 roses to bring to Alissa.

“That’s what’s cool about a small town,” Beckner said. “You hate it because every thinks they know your business, but when you need support there’s no better place.”

When Alissa’s final chemo treatment came around on June 23, Brad stunned his wife with the roses, but rather than keeping them for herself, Alissa decided to hand out the roses to other patients and staff. “The giving is better than the receiving, a hundred percent on that one,” Alissa said.

Firemen dedicate their lives to helping total strangers make it out of the worst moments of their life, but one brave fireman proved that this courtesy is not just for humans, but for even the smallest of animals.

After getting a call about an odd noise coming from a storm drain in a residential neighborhood, firefighters from the Germantown Fire Department went to investigate, and when Helmet-Captain Asmondy looked into the drain, he realized a tiny baby duckling had fallen into the drain, and was trapped all alone.

Asmondy didn’t want to waste any time and risk the baby duck getting hurt or moving out of reach, so he didn’t hesitate to lift the storm grate from the drain and jump right in.

Asmondy managed to grab the baby duck from the pipe, and climbed out with the duckling safely in his hands. Luckily, the little duck wasn’t injured, so they were able to guide him back to the nearby pond where he had wandered too far away from.

Firemen Heroically Rescue Ducklings Trapped In A Drain is an article from: LifeDaily

A Florida man was caught taking pictures in a ladies dressing room at Walmart last week.

Richard Clancy was at the Walmart in Port Orange, Florida when he noticed a strange man lingering around the ladies underwear aisle.

Clancy and another woman followed the man around the corner, catching him on video just as the man pulled out a camera.

The man stuck his camera under the wall of a dressing room, one of which had children in it according to Clancy, and snapped a picture before continuing on his way.

“I was awestruck at the audacity the man had while he victimized the women,” Clancy told LifeDaily via Facebook messenger.

The man has since been caught by police. Thanks to Jennifer Jones, the video of the creep circulated community watch groups, which may have contributed to his arrest.

The man has been identified as Terrence Sicilia. Sicilia has been arrested for alleged sex crimes in the past.

In response to the incident, Walmart a media representative said in a press release:

We take the privacy of our customers seriously, and we are committed to providing them with the best shopping experience possible. It’s disturbing that anyone would try to secretly video customers in our store, and we will not tolerate this behavior.

One mom never dreamed she would post a revealing photo of her breast on Facebook for all of her friends and strangers to see, but after spotting something unusual on her left breast, she knew she had to share it online in the hopes of warning others.

Like every other woman, Claire Warner had always been warned to look out for the obvious signs and symptoms of breast cancer such as an obvious lump, a rash, or even swelling, and she never thought she had anything to worry about since she never found any of those typical signs.

However, when she spotted a very faint dimple on her left breast, she knew something wasn’t right and a biopsy confirmed her suspicions: the dimple was a sign of breast cancer.

“This is a picture of my left boob,” Claire explained in her now viral post. “The small purplish bruise is where I had a biopsy taken. The minuscule dimple up and to the left of it is a rare and little-known symptom of BREAST CANCER. Blink and you’d miss it. I only spotted it thanks to another post shared by an amazing friend.”

“I can’t feel the lump, even now that I know it’s there. I’m not ill. My only symptom is this dimple,” said Claire, who will undergo surgery, chemo, and radio therapy. And now, Claire is hoping this photo might save someone else’s life.

“PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check yourself (males as well as females) and get your loved ones to check themselves also. If I can help one other person, the way I was helped, then it’s been worth showing my soon-to-be-reduced left tit to the world.”

Mom Posts Photo To Warn Everyone Of Little-Known Breast Cancer Sign is an article from: LifeDaily

Please welcome Mckayla, Grace, Abigail, and Emily Webb, the adorable quadruplet sisters to the world. 

You may remember when Tim and Bethani Webb were shocked to have naturally conceived identical quadruplets. Now, the babies have been born and at just 2-months old, they are starring in the most adorable photo series ever!

The images were taken by Cassandra Jones of Noelle Mirabella Photography in Grande Prairie, Alberta. “The girls were all amazing. There were absolutely no tears,” Jones told TODAY Parents. “In fact, they did not even raise an eyelid. They slept like little angels for the entire shoot.”

One person was assigned to help each baby during the photo shoot, and three large vehicles were needed to haul the items needed to the outdoor photoshoot location.

The babies hats and wraps were custom-made specifically for the shoot, and Jones chose white outfits so that she could coordinate all the different hats without having to change the babies and risk waking them. 

“With the exception of the smallest of the girls, Abigail, my assistants and I were not able to tell them apart with their outfits on. Prior to dressing them, we kept checking their hospital bracelets to see who was who,” Jones said.

But to help tell them apart, the girls had their ears pierced with different colored sets of earrings. 

Mom Bethani Webb told TODAY, “The pictures she took are absolutely beautiful and I love them so much.” 

Her little angels were born via C-section on May 6, and all four are healthy and doing well. Webb and her husband are blessed to have identical quadruplets because the odds of a couple having them are about one in 15 million.

Saying goodbye to a loved one being deployed in the Army is nearly impossible, but it’s even more painful for pets since they have no idea why their mom or dad is leaving them and have no idea if they’ll ever get to see them again.

For the past year, Laila the pit bull thought her mom, second-class petty officer Christina Baez, abandoned her and left her with the Masusock family. She didn’t realize, however, that her time with her loving foster family was only temporary.

One year after being deployed, Christina was finally finished serving overseas and when she got home, she headed straight to see Laila. “We were all so excited and nervous at the same time,” foster mom Donna Masusock said. “Cristina was afraid that Laila would not remember her.”

When Christina walked into the family’s backyard, however, Laila sprinted over to Christina, and cautiously sniffed at her legs and feet.

Once Laila realized it really was her long-lost mom, she completely lost it. “She was so excited! She just could not control herself,” Masusock said. “She kept running from her mom to our family. It was like she was telling us, ‘She’s here, she is really here!'”

Dog Completely Loses It When Soldier Mom Comes Home After A Year Away is an article from: LifeDaily

In the grand scheme of things, a bad grade doesn’t matter, but to a sensitive little kid, a failing grade can be a huge hit to their self-confidence, which is why one mom nervously awaited the results of her son’s standardized tests.

At the age of 5, Gail Twist’s little boy Ben was diagnosed with autism and she knew even sitting through a standardized school test was going to be difficult for her now 11-year-old son, so when Ben managed to sit through the test, Gail was already so proud of him. However, she knew how hard he would take it if he got a bad grade.

Finally the day Gail had been dreading came, and Ben’s test results were in. As she had feared, Ben failed his Standardized Assessment Tests, but she was stunned by what else she found in the letter.

“A very important piece of information I want you to understand is that these tests only measure a little bit of you and your abilities,” Ben’s teacher Ruth Clarkson explained in a letter to Ben. “They are important and you have done so well but Ben Twist is made up of many other skills and talents that we at Lansbury Bridge see and measure in other ways.”

Gail barely got halfway through the letter before she started crying as Clarkson started listing off all of her son’s talents like his kindness, ability to make friends, and artistic skills.

“We are so pleased that all of these different talents and abilities make you the special person you are and these are all of the things we measure to reassure us that you are always making progress and continuing to develop as a lovely bright young man. Well done Ben, we are very proud of you,” the letter concluded.

“Ben is sensitive and he does worry about things, and I wish more schools did things like this,” Gail said. “He is all of the things they wrote about him – he is an amazing person. I think their words will stay with him if we keep reminding him what they said about him. When I told him he said: ‘Wow, do they really think all those things about me?’ It’s just a beautiful thing to do.”

Teacher Sends Autistic Student This Inspiring Letter After He Failed A Test is an article from: LifeDaily

86 must be this great-grandma’s lucky number because just days before her 86th birthday on June 26, she received the gift of her 86th great-grandchild. 

Yes, you heard that right. Marie Frey has 86 great-grandchildren!

She and her late husband Gerald, who died on October 2009, had 15 children with the oldest being 66-years-old. Marie also has 68 grandchildren, including two sets of twins, and six step-children. In addition to her 86 biological great-grandchildren, Marie also has nine step-great-grandchildren. 

Here is baby Blakely Grace Frey, born on June 23, just three days prior to her great-grandma’s 86th birthday.

If you think having 86 great-grandchildren is too much, Marie thinks it’s just right as she’s used to being part of a large clan. 

“She came from large family and Grandpa did too,” Frey’s grandson Kenny Frey told ABC News. “My wife and I also wanted a big family.”

Kenny continues that, “It’s pretty good that she got to see her. Family and faith are her two biggest favorites. She’s a very strong woman.” And this year, Marie is expecting two more great-grandchildren, which will make the number 88!

Cifas, a coffee shop in the United Kingdom, conducted an experiment where they lured people in with a simple gimmick: a free cup of coffee. Who could turn down such an offer?

In exchange for the free coffee, all the patrons had to do was give a simple sample of personal information. But nobody noticed the suspicious truck not far from the naive coffee-drinkers.

But they were shocked when the barista handed them their cup of free coffee!

Coffee Shop Conducts Social Experiment To Show How Easy It Is To Fall Victim To Fraud is an article from: LifeDaily

A young boy is lucky to have escaped with only a few scratches after a bird attempted to carry him off during a wildlife show.

Typically, birds of prey only attack and carry off small animals, but this one appears to have taken a detour. The birds at Alice Springs Desert Park in Australia typically flys overhead at the end of wildlife shows, showing off their wing span and giving a good photo opportunity to viewers.

Rather than following the agenda, one went straight for the child after a recent show.

It’s unclear why the bird went for the boy, but a man who caught a photo of the incident seems to think the bird was either agitated or lured in by the zipper on the child’s sweatshirt.

The man posted the incredible photo to Instagram telling what happened:

Eagle Attacks Young Boy During Wildlife Show And Attempts To Carry Him Away is an article from: LifeDaily

Unfortunately, in the world we live in, kidnappings are an all too real part of life. We like to cover heroic stories of kidnapping attempts that end well thanks to quick-thinking Moms, but sometimes this is not the case.

In fact, it is in rare scenarios that the Moms themselves are the kidnappers.

This week, we bring you the awful story of 3-year-old Layla Munholland who was kidnapped in the dead of night by somebody she should trust.

Layla was staying at her maternal Grandmother’s house in Arkansas when her mother, Chelsea Munholland, showed up sometime between 1 and 5 a.m, according to Van Buren Police.

Chelsea Munholland lost custody of her daughter, and the little girl has since been in the care of her grandmother.

Police said a man identified as Herbert Allen Thomas, 30, of Fort Smith, was also involved in the kidnapping and the two may be traveling in a 2006 grey Toyota Camry with tags reading 245USV.

The little girl stands at 3 feet tall with blonde hair and bright blue eyes. She was wearing pink pajamas at the time of the kidnapping.

While we don’t know what happened here, or why the mother lost custody in the first place, we do know that situations like these are incredibly complex and tense. Please say a little prayer for this family as they struggle through these tough times.
