The sound of whipped cream being released from its can is one of the most distinctive sounds in the modern world.

So when one Mom with supersonic hearing heard the familiar sounds drifting from the kitchen, her immediate thought was to investigate and find out what kind of mischief her kids were getting into. However, much to Mom’s surprise, it was not her kids that were getting into trouble. Instead it was the dog.

Armed with the video camera and a thought of making her children the next viral hit, Mom actually stumbled upon something much better.

Somehow, the dog had managed to get his paws on a can of whipped cream and he was eating the delicious treat directly from the can. Somebody needs to tell him that is not kibble.

But who could blame man’s best friend for doing was man is so often guilty of?

It appears we have a case of doggie see; doggie do. I wonder who taught him this trick. Best to check in with those mischievous kids again.

On the first day of September for the third year in row, Lauren Stevenson has given birth to her third child.

So, for three consecutive years on the same exact date, she welcomed each of her baby boy’s into the world. “We were just overwhelmed with excitement and joy,” Stevenson of Dickinson, North Dakota, told ABC News. “A healthy baby boy and the fact that he came on Sept. 1, the doctors, the nurses, my husband and I — we just couldn’t believe it.”

Henry Lee Stevenson was born on September 1, 2016, and he shares the same birthday as his siblings: his 1-year-old sister Tommie Lee, and 2-year-old brother Axel.

“It came to a shock to us because we really didn’t plan it,” Stevenson told ABC News. “[My husband] said, ‘Oh my God, we are going to have another Sept. 1 baby.’ Our oldest son, Axel, he loves his little brother to death. Tommie, she isn’t too sure what to think of him yet.”

Dr. William Lowe of CHI St. Alexius Health in Dickinson delivered all three of the babies and said he’s never delivered three babies a year apart on the same day ever. It’s been the first time in his career.

What’s even crazier, is that Stevenson has never been able to plan a birthday party for her children. “Every time we try to have their birthdays, I’m always in the hospital having a baby,” she said, with a laugh. “I think for their birthdays we can have one big party. If they can share together, we can do one big birthday cake. If not, we’ll have to give them their own cake, and get them each their own present.”

Watch this video of the Stevenson’s below and please SHARE their incredible story with your friends and family on Facebook!

Alisha and Jim G.[2]

If you were to ask Jim Giaccone of Bayville, New York what it means to make the world a better place, he would likely tell you he doesn’t know.

However, if you were to pay attention to Jim’s involvement in volunteer organization Tuesday’s Children, you would quickly see that his actions speak louder than his words.

For more than a decade, Jim has been one of the most active volunteers at Tuesday’s Children, a charity established for the children of 9/11 victims. While he’s participated in golf outings and memorial walks, it’s Jim’s mentoring work that shines the brightest among the backdrop of charity.

For the past ten years, Jim has been a mentor to two brothers who lost their father in 9/11. Having lost his own brother in the attacks, Jim describes mentoring as a healing process. However, he also notes that the intention of being a mentor is never to replace the boys’ father. That is a role that can’t be matched.

Jim’s involvement has not gone unnoticed. Jim is a finalist this year for The NASCAR Foundation’s Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award Presented by Nationwide. “The award honors volunteers – who are also NASCAR fans – who dedicate themselves to children’s causes in their communities throughout the United States,” according to the official NASCAR release.

There are four finalists in the competition and simply being recognized as a finalist has already awarded Tuesday’s Children with $25,000. However, the charity represented by the nominee with the most votes will receive $100,000.

You can help Tuesday’s Children help other by casting your ballot for Jim Giaccone in an online vote at NASCAR.COM/AWARD. Voting goes until September 26.

Mother And Daughter Are Charged With Incest After Marrying Each Other

[WMUR]

Just when you thought this world couldn’t get any more bizarre, a story like this one spreads its way across the web.

A woman and her daughter are facing incest charges after authorities learned the pair were legally married in Oklahoma this year, according to WMUR. That same mother had married her son a few years earlier.

The motivation behind the March marriage was unclear Wednesday, when 43-year-old Patricia Ann Spann and her daughter, 25-year-old Misty Velvet Dawn Spann, made initial appearances in Stephens County district court. Under Oklahoma law, marrying a close relative is considered incest whether or not a sexual relationship exists.

Neither woman had an attorney listed in court documents. No publicly listed phone number could be found for their home in Duncan, about 80 miles southwest of Oklahoma City.

According to a police affidavit, officers learned about the marriage late last month amid a child welfare investigation. Patricia Spann told a state child services investigator she’d lost custody of three children, who were adopted by their paternal grandmother, but reunited with her daughter two years ago. She said she thought a marriage was OK because her name wasn’t on her daughter’s birth certificate, the affidavit states.

Detectives later learned she married her son in 2008. He filed for an annulment 15 months later citing “incest,” stating he was married to his birth mother, according to the affidavit.

Police didn’t return a message seeking investigation details following the women’s court appearance. Both women were being held on $10,000 bonds.

Doctors Send 2-Year-Old Home After Being Bitten By Deadly Snake

As any parent knows, little kids have wild imaginations and love to make up wild stories, which is why one Australian mom assumed her creative 2-year-old was making everything up when he told her that he had been bitten by a snake in the backyard.

“I was out on the deck watching the kids and went inside to grab my one-year-old who had just woken up,” 28-year-old mom Sian Mitchell said. “Zeppelin came in and said he had been bitten by a snake, but he is always telling us about playing with them and crocodiles, so I thought ‘oh yeah another big story’.”

Later on, however, Zeppelin was telling his grandma the exact same story, and when Sian and her mom looked down at his foot, they could make out two faint fang marks.

“I went straight to my usual doctor,” Sian said. “Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see my usual GP and the lady I saw said it definitely looked like a snake bite and called in another GP to confirm. They both advised me to err on the side of caution and go home and make sure that it doesn’t get infected, swell up and if he develops any other symptoms.”

Sian wasn’t convinced the doctors’ instructions were right, to she reached out to the Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers who told her to get straight to the hospital. “I confirmed that it does in fact look like a bite from a venomous snake and was quite shocked that the toddler had been sent home within an hour of the bite without any sorts of tests done on him. I urged the parents to take the toddler to the hospital and request further checks,” said Max Jackson from the Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers.

Zeppelin underwent hours of tests to see how much venom had been released into his system, but luckily the bite was just a ‘warning strike’ which is when a snake doesn’t fully release its venom. “You would just never think anything happened as he was always a happy smiling boy. Even when he was getting blood taken, he was still smiling.”

“Most doctors have never seen a snake bite before so I think they shouldn’t have dismissed it as quickly as that.” said Sian, who saved her son by following her intuition instead of listening to doctors. “It’s quite shocking really,” Max said. “Even if it didn’t turn out to be snakebite he should have been treated for one as they initially suspected it. Any suspected snakebites should be treated as potentially venomous.”

Can you believe doctors sent this little boy home without doing a single test? Let us know what you think in the comments below, and please SHARE this with parents on Facebook.

Toddler Left Covered In Bite Marks After Brutal Attack At Daycare

Most parents have heard horror stories about children being abused or neglected by the very people their parent’s trusted to care for them, and one Florida mom’s worst nightmare came true when she discovered the very same thing was happening to her little boy.

In order to go back to school, Florida mom had to put her 4-year-old and 18-month-old sons in daycare, and chose the Bradenton daycare center since it was one of the few that she could afford that also had surveillance cameras. At first, things seemed to be going well, but then on Aug. 26, one of the workers informed mom Amanda Beebe and her husband that her youngest son had been bitten by another child. “We weren’t upset, that happens with children,” Beebe said.

However, three days later, Beebe rushed to get her son after she got a frantic call from an employee who warned her ‘it’s bad, it’s really bad.’ When she got there, her baby’s body was covered in more than a dozen bite marks, and his face, limbs, and back were swollen.

“His face, the side of it was swollen. I got ahold of my husband and told him it looked like he was mauled by a dog. Even the doctor looked him over, and said how can this happen,” Beebe said. “As a mother you hear about these daycare horror stories and pray it never happens to your children! I feel angry and sad but mostly I want justice for my son!!”

Beebe’s little boy got antibiotics at the hospital and is doing much better, but she’s furious the staff member in charge of looking after her child and other children was only fired and not charged. “They were not in the Children’s room for at least 30 or more min from what I saw on the video footage! This was an act of pure negligence!”

“I just want everyone to know this is not OK. I want justice,” said Beebe, who posted the shocking photos of her little boy on Facebook. “If this was my doing, if I neglected my child like that, I would be arrested on site.”

How would you react if you picked your child up from daycare like this? Let us know what you think in the comments below, and please SHARE this with friends and parents on Facebook.

Cancer Survivor Slams Narcissistic ‘Cancer Awareness’ Selfies

While looking through social media accounts, at some point, you’ve probably noticed people sharing a photo of themselves with a caption about raising awareness of cancer and showing support for those battling the disease, however, one frustrated mom and cancer survivor decided to show the world what cancer really looks like.

Just over three years ago, mom-of-two Rebecca Wilkinson finished chemotherapy after finding out she had breast cancer, and later underwent a double mastectomy and had her ovaries removed when she tested positive for the BRCA1 gene. She has come to terms with what happened to her and her body, but couldn’t help but feel outraged when she saw the newest viral sensation where people, many of whom have never been affected by cancer, were posting seflies to ‘raise awareness.’

Challenge Accepted. It’s the latest viral craze; people sharing black and white selfies for “cancer awareness” or to “show support for people with cancer”… That is ABSOLUTELY not what you are doing,” Rebecca wrote in post to Facebook that has since gone viral. “Everyone on Facebook is aware of cancer, so you cannot play the awareness card…You’re not raising money. You’re not showing support either.”

“A selfie is just a way of saying ‘look at me’. When I had cancer and was bald, the last thing I wanted to do was take a selfie. I looked awful. I didn’t want people to look at me,” she said. “Do you really think someone with cancer will be happy because you posted a narcissistic picture with an arty filter? No. They won’t. Go visit them in hospital, or take them to chemo, or cook them a meal. Hell, even send them a Facebook message to let them know you are thinking of them. But this? This does F**K ALL.”

“I’m not trying to diminish what people do when they enter a fun race or donate to one of the big charities, but most survivors I speak to are opposed to what we call the ‘Pinkification’ of cancer,” said Rebecca, who decided to post a photo of her breasts online to show what cancer really looks like. “I’m trying to show what cancer actually did to my body. It’s not the same when it comes from flawless young women with perfect breasts and faces taking selfies.”

“This selfie here is awareness of what cancer does to your body. You can see the result of one successful, and one botched mastectomy and revision. You can’t see the effect chemo has had on my immune system, my hands and feet, or my memory. You can’t see the psychological effects cancer has had on me or my children (who might also have the gene). You can’t see the scars from my oophorectomy (removal of ovaries) either. You can see my bitchin’ eyebrows, but they’re tattoos; chemo stole my real ones,” She explained.

“Everyone is aware of cancer. All this “campaign” does is antagonise many people who have cancer and who need actual help, not a selfie. Someone cunningly decided to start a viral Facebook campaign to achieve precisely nothing, and they USED cancer in their attempt to go viral. That’s SICK and TWISTED.”

Were you aware of how insulting cancer awareness selfie campaigns were to those fighting cancer and survivors? Let us know in the comments below, and please SHARE this with friends on Facebook to spread awareness.

Dad Hurls Baby At The Ceiling To Catch Stuck Balloon

As any parent knows, little kids love to get themselves into sticky situations and then demand that someone fix it for them, however, parents are left shaking their heads after seeing one Texas dad’s ‘creative’ solution to his son’s problem.

After toddler Carson accidentally let go of his orange helium balloon, he was devastated that he’d lost his balloon, which was now stuck to the home’s ceiling. Carson and his older brother tried everything to retrieve the stuck balloon, and when everything failed, they turned to their dad Vaden Wennik, a fitness coach and bodybuilder, for help.

“Carson lost his balloon on the ceiling. He got out a small chair reached and couldn’t get it, Vaden explained. “Then got out a bigger chair reached and still couldn’t get it. He then said ‘daddy do me Superman.’”

Instead of telling his son that the balloon was gone, Vaden got directly underneath the balloon, grabbed Carson by the waist, and launched him at the ceiling as mom and the rest of the family watched calmly as if it was totally normal.

Luckily, Carson managed to grab the balloon right before he was about to slam into the roof, and safely landed back in his dad’s arms.

Eden Clougher knows motherhood is not the picture perfect fantasy we often see on Instagram. Instead, motherhood is difficult, uncertain, and sometimes terrifying.

So when Eden had a moment with her one-year-old, she debated whether or not she should share the photo online.

The moment happened when Eden’s daughter had an allergic reaction. Eden frantically jumped in the shower and poured cold water on them until her daughter stopped screaming.

This photo was the result of that beautiful moment:

[Eden Clougher]
[Eden Clougher]
Clougher admits that she had debated whether to post the photo for several weeks, but ultimately decided to post it to show what parenting really looks like, beneath the glossy social media facet.

She writes on Facebook:

So, I’ve been debating over the last few weeks about posting this photo…

This is what parenting looks like…
3.30am sessions in the shower because she reacted to an allergen and screamed all night. It looks like love and devotion, and exhaustion and relief. It looks like stretch marks, and prickly legs, and raw desperation. There is beauty here… The beauty of silence… The hot water and skin to skin won. I needed it to win; I was out of options.
I needed this photo. I needed to freeze this moment so that I can look back and remember the vulnerability and art that is parenting. The delicate balance between genius, and insanity.

Clougher tells The Daily Mail Australia that she not only posted the photo for herself, but for other moms as well. She explains:

“I feel like everyone in my generation now has made motherhood into a competitive sport. You’re either a tiger mum or you’re super involved in sport or you don’t have screen time. It isolates people because they’re not a perfect mother. But I’m not self-conscious of the mother that I am.”

To Clougher, the photo shows vulnerability, and in her opinion, that vulnerability is okay.

What do you make of this beautiful moment shared between mother and daughter? Is this something Eden should have shared online or should she have kept the moment private? Tell us your thoughts and please SHARE with friends and family.

Doctors Use Implants To Stabilize Little Boy’s Life Threatening Skin Condition

Warning: The following article contains graphic images.

When Dylan Little was born, he was immediately admitted into the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Now, 4 years later, Dylan is still living with a rare skin condition called Giant Congenital Melanocytic Nevus (CMN). CMN occurs when nevomelanocyte cells are not evenly distributed throughout the body. According to Nevus Outreach, when the cells clump together like this, they result in moles.

Dylan’s mom, Kara Little, recalls that her sister was able to tell what was wrong with Dylan before the doctors came back with a diagnosis.

“When Dylan was born, this was a complete surprise to everyone. Even the doctors. Dylan was immediately taken to NICU because they were fearful that he had neurotic tissue and that he was going to die. I took a picture of him before they took him to NICU and immediately sent it to my sister, who was fresh out of Medical School. She was able to give me a diagnosis before they came back and told me,” Kara told Independent Journal Review.

At birth, 80% of Dylan’s body was covered in moles, and both doctors and his parents fear his moles would manifest into skin cancer. The only way to prevent this from happening was for Dylan to undergo surgery to have his moles removed. The affected skin would have to be replaced with “good skin” from other parts of his body.

Credit: Kara Little

But, because Dylan had more affected skin than good skin, doctors had to come up with a way to stretch his good skin as much as possible, so they used saline implants. The expanders were placed under Dylan’s good skin, and for three months, his mom filled them with saline at home until they got large enough for doctors to remove.

Then the good skin was used on other parts of his body.

Dylan, so far, has had over 26 surgeries, and as a result, over 50% of the affected areas have been removed, decreasing his chances of getting cancer. Dylan’s parents are committed to doing whatever it takes to help Dylan, although, Kara admits that sometimes people aren’t kind.

She told News.au.com that “Once in a supermarket a store manager asked us to leave because one of their customers was upset about having seen our child.” While this upset Kara, she said she will never “hide” Dylan because there is “nothing to be ashamed of.” Dylan is a happy boy, who loves baseball and is always seen wearing a big smile on his face.

Kara hopes that Dylan’s story with help kids going through something difficult to not feel so alone.

When one pregnant mom boarded a plane alone with her toddler, she probably anticipated it wouldn’t be an easy trip.

The last thing she ever thought was that she would find a helping hand from a complete stranger. While all other passengers on the plane tried to zone out her crying child, one man stood up to help.

Angela Byrd, another passenger, captured this incredible moment on camera and posted it on the Everything Georgia Facebook pageByrd wrote, “On a flight back to Georgia, this man, who was a stranger to this woman, offered to help her because she was pregnant and alone on the flight and her son was upset and fussy.”

He told her that he was a dad,” she continued. “He wanted to help her so she could rest. He walked the aisle most of the flight from Minneapolis to Atlanta comforting this woman’s son as if he was his own. I was in tears . . . because it showed me today that there are still good people out there in a world full of turmoil.”

This touched other Facebook user’s hearts just as it did Byrd, and they commented saying, “Love this. So selfless. So many people just want to relax on a flight and tune out. This man chose to put his needs aside and kindly take care of a stranger. Oh to think what the world would be like if we all made that our goal. One act of kindness a day. What a blessing he was to this Mom and her child!

Another wrote, “Such compassion! Most people Blessed enough to have children will have moments like this. It takes a village! Instead of staring at the young mother in Walmart who’s baby is having a meltdown, give her a smile, a thumbs-up, tell her she is doing a good job, she’s got this!!! A little encouragement goes a long way!!!”

Sometimes all it takes to be a hero is to be in the right place at exactly the right time.

For one good Samaritan in Austin, Texas, all it took was a little traffic jam and a lot of love for all of God’s creatures. In the following video posted to NewsFlare, a kindhearted driver can be seen stopping on a busy stretch of highway after he notices a tiny animal in the distance.

The video was filmed on the driver’s dashcam device and shows heavy traffic during a rush hour commute. However, that didn’t stop the driver from putting his own life in danger to try and rescue the small, helpless creature.

The tiny, terrified kitten can be seen in slow-motion dodging vehicles on the crowded highway before a male passenger jumps out of his SUV to come to the baby’s rescue. While we’re unsure who the heroes were, we are so grateful that there are people out there who go above and beyond to help animals in need!

Let’s hope that wherever the rescuers took the tiny kitten, they were able to assure it gets a good home with lots of love and attention…far away from any busy highways!

Did this amazing and brave rescue inspire you today? Don’t keep it all to yourself! SHARE this story with your friends on Facebook!

Little Girl Gives Homeless Man Her Dinner In Random Act Of Kindness

A young child performed a random act of kindness that’s captured the hearts of millions.

The child gave a homeless man her meal and with that one kind gesture displayed to the world what it means to be a good person. A genuine act of charity happens when we make sacrifices and do something solely because it will make somebody else happy.

In this case, a young girl was filmed by her father Eddie Scott, who then posted the video to social media.

The father and daughter were about to dig into their plates while sitting in a nice restaurant. However, Ella caught sight of a man sitting on the street, hunched over and looking lonely. She asked her father if she could then give him her plate of food.

[Facebook]
[Facebook]
So the young girl took her meal and carried it outside to the man who clearly was in need of compassion. Watching the video, it’s easy to see the compassion and worry on Ella’s face. It’s nice to know that she has such a big heart.

“My girl right here, I love her to bits,” you can hear dad say in the video while his daughter exchanges a few words with the unidentified man. “Good job, Ella. Ella, you’re amazing. I think you just made his day. I think you just made his week,” Scott added. When she returns to the table, she looks happy and proud for a moment before turning her attention back to the man.

[Facebook]
[Facebook]
“My baby girl Ella learned an important lesson today – Help those less fortunate than you,” her dad captioned the video that is now going viral. It’s been shared more than 12,000 times and viewed by more than 16 million people. Comments have come in praising Scott for raising his daughter to be so conscious and concerned about those around her. “Imagine, if we all taught our kids to be kind to others, what a wonderful world this would be,” one mom shared. “I am so humbled by so many of you that have liked and shared this video of Ella giving her dinner to this homeless man,” Scott wrote on Facebook in a follow-up comment. “Thank you so much for your support. It means the world to me!!”

The video gives us a poignant message and reminds us how it’s so incredibly important to teach compassion and empathy to our kids. If you believe in preaching, teaching, and practicing empathy, then please SHARE with friends and family!

Facebook Removes Photo Of Shirtless Boy With His Mother

A photo of a San Marcos mother and her shirtless son at the river has sparked controversy online after Facebook removed the photo claiming it violated community standards.

“I had my phone and I just took a picture of them playing in the water,” friend and photographer Christopher Cardoza said.

He captured the moment of Kelly Stone and her 8-year-old son Mayne taking a dip in the San Marcos River. Stone made it her Facebook profile picture.

“And then two days later when I logged on to Facebook, Facebook showed me we removed some content you posted and it was that picture,” Stone said.

Facebook claimed the image displayed nudity and sexual activity.

“I think it’s some type of automated system, I think someone needs to take a look at the picture. It’s obvious a mother with a child.,” Cardoza said.

This isn’t the first time this has happened. Back in April, a similar photo was reported for the same reasons.

For 8-year-old Mayne, it doesn’t make sense.

[Christopher Cardoza Photography]
[Christopher Cardoza Photography]
“I felt a little mad because it was just me on her shoulders,” Mayne said.

After removing the photo, Facebook blocked Stone from using the site, she said they enacted a seven day probation period.

“I can basically just watch Facebook, like behind computer bars,” Stone said.

She couldn’t comment, post or like, which not only made it difficult for socializing but for work purposes too.

“I organize my panels for teaching through Facebook messenger. I am a comedian, so bookers contact me through messenger and I can’t even respond,” Stone said.

Once the ban was lifted, she took matters into her own hands by re-uploading the photo, but as a meme.

“And it says, ‘Dear Facebook, it’s a boy,'” Stone said.

Stone says she hopes the company can fix their algorithm to prevent something like this from happening again.

When playing sports, especially contact sports, it’s pretty normal for kids to get a few scrapes and bruises during practices and games, which is why one California freshman wasn’t too concerned when he got a tiny cut on his finger during football practice.

The freshman boy had accidentally nicked his finger on a helmet during practice, but it was so small and barely hurt, so he brushed it off. However, a few hours later, mom Camil Flores could tell something was wrong with her son when he felt sick and started vomiting.

Flores made her son rest that night, however, she brought him to an urgent care clinic the next morning when he wasn’t any better and his finger was severely swollen. “His finger was ten times the size of his other fingers,” she said. When doctors took one look at his finger they told mom to go straight to the emergency room, where doctors rushed him into surgery.

“When the surgeon came in, she could not believe how severe his finger was,” Flores said. “It was discolored, he couldn’t feel it, the swelling increased and the antibiotics were just not working.”

That small nick on his finger was rapidly deteriorated and doctors discovered the teenager was suffering from necrotizing fasciitis, a flesh-eating bacteria that can lead to amputation and death. “This happened just from a nick, from a helmet, from playing football,” Flores wrote on Facebook.

Luckily, doctors were able to save the boy’s hand during surgery, but there is still a lot of damage and he may never regain mobility to his dominant hand. “It makes me feel really helpless that I can’t do anything for my son, and I can’t take this away from him,” Flores said.

Moms are often called ‘mother bears’ because of their protective instinct and willingness to do whatever necessary to help their loved ones, however, one New Zealand mom went way too far after ‘helping’ a family member deal with her school enemy.

As most teenagers find out during their time in high school, not everyone is going to be your best friend, and some might even become your enemy. After one New Zealand girl got into a fight on Facebook with another girl from a nearby town, the two planned to meet up to sort things out.

The two girls planned to meet up at 2:30 outside of school, but the girl’s friends insisted that they be there if anything went wrong, however, when they showed up, the other girl was standing there surrounded by her adult family members.

Instead of trying to peacefully work through the girls’ differences, the family members, including a 20-year-old mother started violently beating the girl.

“My daughter and her friends didn’t know they were going to get there and there was going to be grown adults, it makes me sick,” the victim’s mom said.

The victim, who was seen being beaten by the young mother in a video, was left covered in scrapes and bruises after being punched and dragged across the ground, and even suffered bleeding from the ear. And despite the video evidence, police have yet to make an arrest. “I feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall. There should be an arrest by now, [my daughter] is in quite a bad way,” the girl’s mother said.

Usually, when animal rescue teams arrive on site to save a homeless, abandoned, or abused dogs, the terrified animals immediately run away and try to hide out of fear, which is why two rescuers were stunned when they found a dog in an old rundown barn.

Jessica Kincheloe and a fellow groomer had been contacted to help a dog who had been trapped inside an old barn, and when they arrived at the location, they found Lazarus the dog stuck inside the barn living in filth. However, when they got the door to open, Lazarus surprisingly didn’t move.

At first, the two girls couldn’t figure out why Lazarus wasn’t trying to run away, but as they got closer, they realized the dog physically couldn’t walk. “From the looks of the dog and the door it looked like it had been a while,” said the dog groomer.

The two immediately got to work trying to free him from the stall and his massive, matted, and dirty fur. As expected, Lazarus started getting anxious, but Kincheloe explained that “he calmed down and seemed to realize because it was making him feel better.”

By the time the two groomers were done giving him the overdue haircut, they had cut off about 35 pounds of fur, which had made it nearly impossible for him to walk. “He was OK with the human touch but didn’t seem familiar to it. He warmed up to us really quick. Especially after offering treats,” Kincheloe said.

The heroin epidemic occurring in our world reaches far and wide. It’s a horrible drug that digs its claws in anybody it can and refuses to let go.

In Ohio, heroin touched the life of a 4-year-old child who was left sitting in the backseat while two adults in the front overdosed on heroin.

In East Liverpool, Ohio, city officials shared the following photos on their Facebook page on Thursday after responding to a call of an incapacitated driver.

Police said they hope the photos send a message to drug users to think twice before abusing drugs.

“We feel it necessary to show the other side of this horrible drug. We feel we need to be a voice for the children caught up in this horrible mess. This child can’t speak for himself but we are hopeful his story can convince another user to think twice about injecting this poison while having a child in their custody,” wrote the city of East Liverpool, Ohio.

“We are well aware that some may be offended by these images and for that we are truly sorry, but it is time that the non drug using public sees what we are now dealing with on a daily basis,” the post continued. “The poison known as heroin has taken a strong grip on many communities not just ours, the difference is we are willing to fight this problem until it’s gone and if that means we offend a few people along the way we are prepared to deal with that.”

Police became aware of the vehicle when an officer saw a Ford Explorer driving erratically and then slamming on the brakes as it approached a stopped school bus that was dropping kids off, the police report states.

The officer approached the driver, later identified as James Acord, and saw his head was bobbing and his speech was almost unintelligible.

Acord told the officer he was taking his front seat passenger, who was passed out and identified as Rhonda Pasek, to the hospital. The officer then reached into the vehicle, turned it off, and removed the keys from the ignition as Acord attempted to drive away.

That’s when the officer noticed a 4-year-old boy in the backseat. The child was later identified as Pasek’s son.

The officer said Acord eventually passed out as well.

EMS responded to the scene and administered Narcan, a drug used to reverse the effects of heroin overdose.

Acord and Pasek regained consciousness and were taken to the hospital.

Acord is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering children, and slowing or stopping in a roadway. Pasek is charged with endangering children, public intoxication, and not wearing a seat belt. The child is in the custody of Columbiana County Children’s Services.

It’s a sad fact of life that things like this happen, but they don’t have to. SHARE this story and let people know of the dangers of drug addiction.

After running some errands with his wife and daughter, a Florida dad parked his car outside the house and left it running while he ran inside to grab a few things before going about their day.

Father-of-one Nathan Dornacher had spent the morning with his family going to a garage sale to pick up a desk for his little girl in the family’s Jeep Grand Cherokee. “I left it running with the AC on to keep the car cool as we were planning on grabbing the dog and heading to Petco,” Dornacher said.

However, when he got back out to the car, he saw the inside of his car had lit on fire. “I went back out to the car to grab my phone which was on the charger (me and Lydia always fight over the house charger), went to open the door and saw flames inside,” Dornacher wrote in a post to Facebook.

In the few minutes that Dornacher had left his phone in the car, the brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 7 had burst into flames and lit the car on fire, and by the time the fire department got to the scene, the entire car was burnt to a crisp.

Luckily no one got hurt in the freak accident, but Dornacher is now spreading his story to warn others about how dangerous the new Samsung phone, which was recently recalled for problems with the battery, can be especially since many parents let their young children play with their phones.
