Adele hasn’t been around much the past four years, but we just found her lingering in an old cabin.

Early Friday morning, the master of breakup songs dropped the first single from her new album 25, as well as releasing the music video to Youtube–you’re going to want to immediately find a box of tissues.

SPOILER ALERT: it’s completely in sepia, filled with nostalgia, and it even has leaves blowing in the wind. You know the feelings are real when the leaves start blowing.

Adele brought in actor Tristan Wilds who you might know from 90210, to play her brokenhearted, former lover. What begins with the opening scene of a horror film quickly turns into a cascade of memories of the two when they went to a cabin in the woods together. Adele reminisces on the past, emotionally wandering through the long-forgotten passages of the house and our hearts.

The video climaxes with the poster girl of heartbreak fighting with her lover in the rain, before he walks away and out of her life forever. The video is like the evil twin of the Nicholas Sparks’s The Notebook.

If you can tolerate the emotion this video stirs, you are a stronger individual than myself:

Apparently, we aren’t the only ones crying over this goddess of nostalgia.

Twitter users and fans of Adele are showing sweet sadness toward the new song, the video, and the emotions it stirs. You could be flying on cloud nine right now, but this video will make you want to curl up with a blanket, write in your journal, and cry until your tears run dry, evaporate, and leave you with nothing but Adele’s hollow, yet bold voice (or maybe I’m just being a bit dramatic).

Here’s how Twitter felt about the feels:

It’s so good, Adele has us begging for a breakup:

Even Lena Dunham feels Adele’s pain:

already/forever @adele
