Not many things are cuter than baby Pandas.
Many pandas live in populated sanctuaries where breeding programs are in place to increase their number. There are only about 1,800 giant pandas left in the wild, according to the World Wildlife Organization, and more than 300 pandas live in zoos and breeding centers around the world.
The Taipei Zoo in Taiwan is home to some of the world’s pandas, in particular, a giant panda named Yuan Yuan and her cub Yuan Zai.
Yuan Zai has become particularly curious about her surroundings, as many infants are.

But, when it’s time for bed, Yuan Yuan immediately heads off to find her precious baby.

You will see Yuan Yuan struggles a bit to lift her cub..

Being that Yuan Zai is bigger now, it takes her momma a couple of tries..

But.. after a little work, Yuan Yuan is able to lift Yuan Zai.
The video shown below captures a truly heartwarming moment between the giant panda and her cub.
It is worth watching to the end where you will see Yuan Zai safely in her mother’s arms:
