Have you ever gone out with somebody who just doesn’t get it when you tell them you aren’t interested? As much as you try to let them down easily and prevent yourself from hurting their feelings, they still don’t understand what you’re trying to say.
This panda chasing a zookeeper might be the prefect analogy for those of us who have been textually harassed.
We don’t know why these pandas are clingy (maybe they’re just filled with love), but it’s adorable to watch their feeble attempts to get the zookeepers attention. Even more adorable than their codependent love is the zookeepers.
They often dress up as pandas themselves, wearing everything from a panda face to a full body-costume covered in panda feces and urine (and you thought your job was bad). They do this to keep the pandas from becoming adjusted to humans as well as to prevent them from being startled.
Personally, if a panda came into my room in the middle of the night wearing a human head covered in the same excretions, I’d be pretty frightened. I must be alone on this one, though, because it seems these pandas LOVE their zookeepers.
