A trip to the bank turned into a life-changing experience for some very lucky customers, proving that some companies recognize the importance of loyalty and good service.
Much like this incredible video, where kindhearted airline WestJet performed more than 12,000 “mini miracles” in one night to give back this holiday season, TD Bank went above and beyond to thank some of their long-time customers.
In the following video, we see a few average people visiting TD Bank ATM branches in four locations across Canada.
They assumed they were at a regular ATM when they walk up to deposit or take out cash, and check their balances, but they were quickly surprised by a voice revealing that the situation was anything but normal.

The voice told the lucky TD Bank customers that they were visiting a special ATM, an “Automated Thanking Machine” to reward them for choosing their bank year after year.

From one grandmother who was struggling to care for her sick daughter across the globe to another mom who just wanted to do something special for her kids, the patrons were shocked when things like airplane tickets, toys, flowers and extra cold hard cash came out of the machine.

The look on their surprised faces says it all. It’s always better to give than to receive and this was a truly special day for everyone involved!
