Most parents have a farewell with their children in the morning that may involve tears or tantrums, but this father/son goodbye is nothing but love.
In the video below, dad gets in his car to head off for work, and his diaper-clad son chases the car screaming “I love you daddy!”
But he doesn’t just say it once, Colton continues this outpour of love for three minutes.
And when his father told him, “I love you, take care of mommy,” Colton responds, “I love you daddy! Be careful Daddy!”
It is a send-off that any parent would melt over.
In a world where we’re always in a rush, it is really nice to see this father’s patience with his adorably persistent son. And one thing’s for sure- there’s no shortage of love in this household!
