There’s no better way to motivate a dog than with the promise of food (but apparently there are better ways to motivate a baby).
Youtube user Sam Giovanini was attempting to teach her son to say, “mama,” but the dog learned first. Their very-well trained Australian Shepard Dog stole the show when he was encouraged with the hopes of getting a snack.

You can even see the strain in his face as he attempts to mutter the two simple syllables. Meanwhile, his little human just looks on with a very blank look on his face. Finally, our furry friend gets the word out and Mom really loses it. (Still, the little human continues to stare with a blank look on his face.) That’s okay, little guy, learning to talk is hard work. Just because the dog beat you to it, doesn’t mean you won’t get the hang someday soon.
