Michael Stansbury’s wife Deidra was doing a workout DVD at home with their 5-year-old son, Brayden, when their 7-month-old daughter, Lilly Ann wanted to join in.
The parents told today.com that Lilly Ann started doing planks and superman-like moves.
“We thought it was hysterical,” said the Stansbury’s. “We took a couple of pictures of it and one day I decided to get down on the floor with her and the iPad and just see what she would do and mimic her movements.”
The couple posted the workout called The Lilly Ann Workout to YouTube, and the response has been amazing! It is super adorable to watch a grown man take cues from a 7-month-old, and at 00:36 seconds my heart melted!
Stansbury says, “We’ll be able to show her this when she is 14 or 15 and she’ll get a big kick out of it. It’s pretty cool.”
