Cats and dogs have been pinned against each other for as long as anyone can remember, but can they put their differences aside and be friends after all?
We’ve seen how cats and dogs can be full of surprises in videos like this one, but the problem with these two different animals not seeing eye to eye might be most apparent in the following hilarious clip.
Posted to Rumble by user TimoMahonen, we meet family dog Jack, a canine who is known to chase down and hunt wild cats in his area from time to time.
However, when it comes to animals in his own home, Jack proves to be an extremely patient pooch.
In the adorable video, Jack meets and befriends Julia, a tiny kitten and new addition to the home. The cute cat just wants to play with her new big brother, but Jack is pushed way further than most dogs would put up with.
You just have to smile at the way this sweet dog put up with the insatiable kitten. TimoMahonen wrote that “he is extremely protective of his new best friend,” so something tells us that these two are going to be just fine!
