According to this tot’s Youtube Channel, the little boy’s name is Louie and he his parents have put up a ton of videos of this little guy doing adorable things. Giggling at puppies is just one item on a list of many, however it might also be the happiest of all his videos.

We really can’t tell who was more excited here. The puppies seem to be enjoying themselves as they wag their tail and excitedly lick the face of Louie, but Louie seems to be enjoying himself on an equal level. The video is so precious, we’re surprised neither passed out from all the excitement.
