In the following video from positive journalism site A Plus we see how normal people react when they’re asked to look back on the past and face their regrets when they least expect to.

A Plus put a giant chalkboard on a busy street for an entire day in New York City and had someone put down “Write Your Biggest Regret”.

From there, dozens of New Yorkers stopped to think about their answers, and some even revealed them to the world.

Among the many different answers that people wrote down, there was one common theme. Unsurprisingly, most people regretted things they didn’t do or say and chances not taken.

Sometimes in life, we all feel like we wish we could go back and change time or start over. The message of this powerful viral video is revealed towards the end.
