While at first, these goats high up in the trees in southwestern Moroccan look unusual and even fake, they’re actually completely real and pretty magical.
Photographer Michael Chinnici captured these mind-blowing images of the goats, who climb high into Argania trees to eat fruit and leaves.
Goats will hop up into the branches of the trees to eat the delicious fruit, and then they pass clumps of seeds in their poop, which are then pressed to create many girl’s favorite hair product- Argan Oil.

Although Argan Oil is mostly manufactured by hand now, this method was very popular for a long time. Many local farmers even condoned this feeding, since it did prove to be lucrative for them.
Luckily for us ladies, the Argan Oil we use now should not come from goat’s poop, or at least we hope..
