While newly invented games have found some attention in the past few years, canoe tug-of-war blows games like Slamball and Quidditch out of the water. The game, which was invented in Poland, is a challenging test of strength.
The idea is simple, yet wildly entertaining. Take two teams of six facing towards each other in an oversized war canoe. Put the teams in a swimming pool, establish a middle line, and let the paddling begin. The team that paddles the hardest, and crosses the middle line first is the winner.
