If you’ve ever visited the Big Apple, you probably know that you can see just about anything on the streets of NYC. However, this is one invention that even some of the most jaded New Yorkers will be excited about.
There is no denying that city folks love their dogs and when it comes to pampering their pooches, nothing is too good for them. From dog walkers on demand to luxury pet hotels that most people can’t afford to themselves, anything goes for Manhattan pet parents, but for such a pet-friendly city, running errands can often mean running into problems.
That’s why a new invention called the “Dog Parker” has arrived to make things a little easier for those on the go. “Instead of leaving your dog home alone for unwanted periods of time, tying him up outside, or limiting his walks, keep your dog with you and realize the convenience of running all of your errands and living an active lifestyle with your best friend in tow.” says DogParker.com.
The idea for the public locker-type spaces is that New Yorkers can park their pups outside of grocery stores or coffee shops for short periods of time, so you can bring your dog everywhere you go.
There are only a handful of locations in NYC right now, but we’re hoping that this trend catches on and more Dog Parkers start popping up on streets near and far!
