Role Players Interrupt Engagement Shoot With Hilarious Photobomb

Before this couple could find happily ever after, they had to battle their way through a photo shoot.

The cute bride and groom were working with Ontario-based photographer Alex of Alexandria Photography in Malden Park. She and the happy couple were in the midst of a stylized shoot when something jumped into her shot. Alex explains to PetaPixel that she was in the middle of shooting when “all of a sudden a group of people who looked like they belonged to another era—in full armor—started walking into my shot!”

Though initially mistaken for LARPers, the strangers turned out to be SCAdians—members of the Society for Creative Anachronism. For those are are unaware with the world of cosplay, LARPers are live-action role players, while SCAdians reenact authentic cultures and customs from pre-17th-century Europe.
