They say big things come in small packages, but in this case, teeny tiny things come in these precious pint-sized packages.
Jon Almeda knows all about working with little things. He’s a sculptor who makes some of the tiniest pieces of ceramic we’ve ever seen.
By using nothing more than a dollop of clay and special tools for such small creations, he’s churning out these adorably small works of art.
Like this puny vase that could sit on a mouse’s dining room table:
And this one that could probably fit through the eye of a needle too:
There’s this piece that’s so cute I could just eat it up:
And this one, which is so small you could insert it inside your kids Xbox controller:
And if you thought those end results were impressive, wait till you see how this guy gets there:
Almeda uses a tiny potter’s wheel designed specifically for the purpose of creating tiny pieces of pottery:
He even has special tools that help bring his creations to life:
Here’s a video of him making a full-sized vase and it’s pint-sized replica:
This artist’s work is so impressive I just want to share it with the world. If you are equally impressed, PLEASE SHARE this story with friends and family.
