Social Experiment Shows How Easy It Is To Kidnap A Child In Broad Daylight

Parents are always worried about the safety of their children.

Issues of health, safety, emotional security, and a million other concerns are always plaguing a mother’s mind. However, rarely do parents think that somebody will actually attempt to steal a child right out from under them.

A video surfaced recently showing just how easy it is to kidnap children when Mom isn’t far.

Youtube celebrity Joey Salads put together a video in the name of conducting a social experiment that is sure to horrify any parent reading this article.

It didn’t take much for Joey to pull this off. All he needed was an ice cream truck and a catchy tune to lure in children and have them running for the large truck, one with a heavy metal door that locks from the inside.

With permission from the parents first, Joey put his sweet treats on display, but when the children asked for their favorite snacks, they were told he had them “in the back.” Interested only in the promise of ice cream, the kids followed him inside the truck and that’s all it takes to lose hold of your little one.

Before the children could do or say anything, he slams the door shut and fortunately, only taught the children a lesson in safety. However, this could have been so much worse.

Joey said he noticed how parents so often let their children run up to an ice cream truck alone, money in hand, without any adult supervision. Perhaps this video serves as a warning to keep a closer eye on your little ones. After all, no matter how many times you drill your children with the importance of not talking to strangers, all that knowledge goes out their tiny little heads when promised ice cream.
