Girl Who Became A Quadruple Amputee At 11-Months Receives Special Doll Just Like Her

2-year-old Harmonia has an inspirational yet painful story.

The child was on 11 months old when she fell ill with Meningitis B. It ate away at her limbs until doctors were forced to amputate her arms above the elbows and her legs above the knees.

However, she’s too busy being happy to be sad.

She is a smiling, loving child who’s been known to introduce herself to other kids by explaining, “I have no hands,” according to her mother.

Her mother in turn says she deals with Harmonie’s issues by refusing to cater to her. She does not help Harmonie if she believes her daughter is capable of doing something for herself, nor does she let her daughter give up.

Recently, Mom get her special daughter a unique doll that is just like Harmonie. The special playmate is an American girl doll that like Harmonie is a quadriplegic.
