Heroes Rush To Rescue A Homeless Dog Stuck On Railroad Tracks

It’s difficult to imagine a lifetime on the streets, but this is the heartbreaking reality countless stray dogs in the United States face every day.

With nowhere to call home and no human to help feed and take care of them, so many dogs around the nation are forced to fight for survival, eating what they can to survive and sleeping wherever they can find shelter. In the following video from the amazing animal angels at Los Angeles-based Hope For Paws rescue organization, we see the incredible heart-pounding rescue of one of these homeless dogs just a few moments before disaster struck.

The heroes were called in to help a small, petrified white dog living a dangerous life on a busy railway. Afraid of human contact, the dog was even more afraid of being rescued than when the trains would roll by, but the experts were able to convince the sweet stray he was better off with them.
