Heroes Help A Tiny Chihuahua Reunite With Her Heartbroken Owner

Did you know that there are so many homeless, abandoned dogs living in the United States that it is impossible to even count them?

To say stray pets in our country are a problem would be an understatement. Between the number of dogs on the street or in the wild and overcrowded, unsanitary high-kill shelters, our country has a true epidemic on its hands… and it’s scary to think other countries like India have it far, far worse. 

Thankfully, there are many amazing people all over the United States who are committed to helping get every single one of these creatures off their sad lives in the streets and into the homes of loving families.

In the video below, we learn how one good Samaritan called up the Hope For Paws team when she saw a tiny and terrified Chihuahua hiding under a car near a very busy roadway.

When the heroes arrived, coaxing the little dog out proved to be a true challenge, but once they reached out a helping hand, something incredible quickly followed.

This is unlike any rescue story we have ever seen and we’re so happy Luna is back where she belongs.
