World’s Greatest Grandpa Buys 5-Month-Old Huge Teddy Bear

If you’re a Grandma or Grandpa then you know it’s basically your duty and God-given right to spoil your grandchild rotten.

For one cool grandpa, he took those spoiling responsibilities to the extreme when he bought his granddaughter the biggest teddy bear in the world.

5-month old Maddie Gonzalez was born to Sabrina Gonzalez earlier this year. Here’s a photo of the two:

So when Grandpa posted a photo of himself with the enormous bears, Sabrina humorously commented, “Maddie needs one of those.”

Mom wasn’t serious, but that didn’t stop Grandpa from getting it anyway.

Sabrina told Buzzfeed, “next thing I know, I receive a text from him saying he bought her one.”

And that’s how the tiny 5-month-old who’s smaller than a watermelon ended up with a Teddy Bear bigger than a pickup truck.

Sabrina said they will make sure the bear doesn’t topple over and crush Maddie with its weight…since, you know, it’s bigger than an actual bear.

But Maddie doesn’t seem to mind:
