There’s not much more challenging than standing before a crowd and belting out a song while an audience sits quietly and watches.

Unless, of course, you’re standing before that crowd while you paint a patriotic scene for a crowd of hockey fans as fast as humanly possible. But that’s exactly what Greenville, South Carolina artist Joe Everson did in a recent viral video. The talented man gave a performance that did not disappoint. He rang out the national anthem before a hockey game in Toledo, Ohio and he didn’t miss a single beat, not in the song, nor in the painting.

The talented man gave a dual performance that definitely did not disappoint. He rang out the national anthem before a hockey game in Toledo, Ohio and he didn’t miss a single beat, not in the song, nor in the painting.

Everson is a photographer, artist, vocalist, musician, and self-proclaimed renaissance man, which we have to agree with. According to his website, he photographs beauty and paints with passion.

In his bio, he also tells his audience, “you could literally hire Joe to shoot your wedding, create an oil painting of the venue, sing a solo during the ceremony, and play piano during the reception. Ok, maybe not literally. He’d be stretched thin. But almost.”

He doesn’t seem to be stretched thin in this video, however. The jack of all trades is a sensation on ice, when he pulls off this incredible act.

Take a look and please SHARE with friends and family if it makes you feel like a proud American today!
