Just when you thought you’ve heard everything awful a parent could do to the child that depends on them to survival, comes a horrible story of a Washington mother in big trouble for injecting her three young children with drugs.

Twenty-four-year-old Ashlee Hutt and her husband, Leroy McIver, age 25, have pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree child assault, child endangerment and delivery of a controlled substance to a person under 18, according to Fox 2 Now.

Their three children, ages 2, 4, and 6, told police their mom injected them with “sleep juice” and “feel good medicine” before bed to help them fall asleep.

Their 6-year-old son told police “his mom and dad (gave) him and his sisters the ‘feel good medicine,'” and was described as a white powder mixed with water. The child also told authorities his parents used a needle “to inject the ‘feel good medicine’ into him and his sisters”, according to the affidavit.

The children have since been placed in foster care and Child Protective Services is investigating the case further.
