Talking about doing things backwards!
A 14-year-old girl named Alyssa Kramer, from Poteau, Oklahoma appeared on the Today Show in 2012 with a very bizarre talent. When she learned how to read around age 6 or 7, her brain automatically read in both directions. In addition to reading English sentences the correct way (left to right), her brain also allowed her to read the words right to left too. She can instantly flip the words in her head and recite them back without a second thought.
She also says she just knows how they are pronounced and doesn’t have to think about it. Technically speaking, since there”s no official backwards dictionary and not many people can speak (or even think) in reverse, we really can’t argue with this young lady. She may have things backwards, but that’s exactly how they’re supposed to be for her.
