If you thought frisbee was boring, you’re probably right.

At least, in regards to every other moment in the dull sport except this one. This one moment in frisbee history takes the cake of all disk-throwing sports and shows us how some people take a walk on the wild side.

It’s hard to believe this video is real and it shows the incredible strength and precision a person can have. The video, posted to Youtube by Brodie Smith shows just an ordinary guy on a sidewalk throwing a frisbee into the water.

But then, a boat comes along, and the camera shows a guy diving from the boat, into the water, and catching the frisbee on the way down.

The throwers reaction when the frisbee is caught is like:

Yup, it’s certainly the most epic move in the history of the sport.

Frisbee was invented by a man named Fred Morrison in 1938 when he and his future wife Lucile were offered 25 cents for a cake pan they were throwing back and forth on the beach. It was shaped like a circle and was clearly a marker of simpler times. Also a marked of those simpler times was Morrison’s reaction to being offered such a deal. “That got the wheels turning, because you could buy a cake pan for five cents, and if people on the beach were willing to pay a quarter for it, well – there was a business,” Morrison told The Virginian-Pilot newspaper in 2007. Yup, much simpler times they were.

But then this guy came along and made those simpler times much more fancy:
