Deaf customer Rebecca King, cannot get over the incredible experience she had at a local Starbucks drive-thru on Tuesday.

The video shows King at a Florida drive thru kiosk, but unable to respond to the barista.

After a few moments, the barista, who was identified as Katie Wyble, appeared in a two-way video screen and quickly took King’s order in sign language

King was so impressed, she took to her Facebook to share the video, which has already received over 5 million views.

Wyble, the barista said she has always had a “passion for sign language” since she first saw a teacher use it when she was in preschool.

She shared this post to her Facebook:

“I think more people need to know about what we’re doing because it moves customer service to a whole new level,” she said. “I hope it helps make more people aware of what they can do to serve others in their communities.”

“So proud that my company can do this,” Katie continued, referring to the two-way video screen, a new system at the coffee chain which she dubbed “Starbucks FaceTime.”

We are so happy this incredible message is getting spread.

Please continue to share it for the deaf community.
