Brangelina isn’t the only Hollywood couple adopting a herd of babies. They just happen to be the most well-known.
Sandra Bullock has just welcomed a new member to her family. The 51-year-old actress has won an Academy Award as well as a Golden Globe. But now, she has a new accomplishment to tuck in with all the others. She has recently welcomed another child into her home: her first little girl. Five years ago, Bullock adopted her first child Louis, who is now the big brother of Laila, the newest edition to the family.
Laila is a three-year-old foster child from Louisiana and her life is about to become radically different (being adopted by a celebrity will do that to you).

Here are a few other celebrities who have adopted that you probably weren’t aware of:
1. Katherine Heigel

The Ugly Truth actress along with husband Josh Kelly adopted a baby girl in 2009 from South Korea. The Hollywood couple named her Nancy Leigh. In 2012, they adopted another baby girl from the US and named her Adalaide Marie Hope.
2. Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise

Nicole Kidman and ex-husband Tom Cruise adopted daughter Isabella Jane and son Connor Anthony a long time ago (Isabella Jane supposedly tied the knot earlier this year). However, after the couple’s divorce in 2001, Nicole lost the custody of her kids.
3. Michelle Pfeiffer

The Scarface actress adopted daughter Claudia Rose in 1993 much before her marriage to David Kelly. In 2007, she told Good Housekeeping that her teenage daughter is a force to be reckoned with and that there’s nothing typical about her kids. Spoken like a true Mom.
4. Hugh Jackman

The Aussie film-star and wife Deborra-Lee adopted son Oscar in 2000. Five years later, the couple adopted a baby girl, Ava. The couple adopted the children in Australia, however, they were met with countless hurdles as they attempted to navigate the anti-adoption culture there. It all appears to have worked out in the end, though.
5. Denise Richards

It’s widely known that Richards had 2 children with Charlie Sheen, but after their divorce, she adopted a 3rd child as a single parent. In 2011 she adopted her daughter, Eloise Joni, whose middle name is after Richards’ mother, who died from cancer in December 2007. The adoption was done in the US, at birth, with a two-year adoption process preceding it.
