If you think all canines are born with the instinct to stare straight up at the moon and let out a glorious howl, think again.
It doesn’t surprise me too much that this adorable Siberian husky pup lets out a tiny squeak for a howl at just 20 days old, but what the dog in the following clip does is just plain hilarious.

Just like humans (I can’t sing to save my life!), some pooches are way better than others at letting out glorious sounds from their vocal chords. This next dog is unfortunately in the latter category.
In the video, posted to YouTube by theglassgecko, we see a pit bull with sad eyes staring hopelessly into his owner’s camera.
Seconds later, when the sound of another dog (maybe even a wolf?) howling plays in the background, it’s clear to us why the pup looks so glum.

You have to feel bad for this dog trying his best to let out a spine-tingling howl, but there’s no denying his failed attempt is worthy of a good laugh.
