A 9-year-old girl has become the youngest person ever to complete an extreme race and she’s using her fame to fight against bullying.

On March 25, Milla Bizzotto was the youngest competitor to complete the 24-hour Battlefrog challenge, which is an obstacle race designed by U.S. Navy Seals.

The grueling race involves running 36 miles, swimming 8-kilometer’s and completing 25 obstacles in six laps.

Let’s just say it’s something you need to prepare for ahead of time.

With Milla’s father owning a gym in Miami, Milla was able to workout after school, training three hours a day for five days a week to get ready for the race.

Milla was bullied at school and says she decided to run the race with her dad to encourage peers to be kinder to each other and to be more active.

Milla wrote an important message that she hopes many kids will see and encourage them to stop bullying:

My name is Milla Star Bizzotto, I’m 9 years old.
I don’t spend all day playing videogames.
I have a mission.
I obstacle course race with a purpose.
I DON’T RUN THE KIDS COURSE!
I want to inspire a generation. #InspirationForTheIPadGeneration
I want to inspire kids to eat healthy and get outside and play.
I want kids to stand up to bullies.
I was bullied at school, kids get bullied all the time.
I no longer get bullied, now  #IAmTheAntiBully!
We are all made in different shapes and sizes, we need to love our bodies! #LoveYourBody.

Milla told CBS Miami: “I don’t want people to quit because they don’t believe in themselves because someone else says that they can believe in themselves.”

“I think the bullying thing has died down without her having to take physical action just because her outlook is so much different now that she knows how to defend herself,” dad and coach Christian said.
