A young mom from Balloch, West Dunbartonshire, Scotland has helped turn her tiny daughter into one of the most fashionable females on Instagram, but as expected, not everyone is loving her posts.
If you’re going to make it to the top, you’re bound to develop a few haters. At least that’s how 20-year-old Amy McIndewar, mother to tiny fashionista baby Mya Byrne feels about her 11-month-old’s rise to gain nearly 125,000 followers on Instagram.
The mom, who told Daily Mail she spends about $1,440 each month on her daughter’s adorable outfits, says since gaining famous followers like Khloe Kardashian she now gets sent free baby clothes, but that not everyone is loving her photos.
“I have had a few negative comments from people saying I am sexualising her but I disagree,” she told Daily Mail of the allegations about her daughter posing in bikinis and flashy clothing. “With one negative comment comes hundreds of positives. Some people just don’t get what I am doing.”
Regardless of the angry feedback, the mom says she will continuing dressing her daughter like this and posting photos for as long as Mya lets her. “It’s not something you do everyday, it’s only going to be when she is all right doing it.”
