Baseball might be the Great American Pastime, but it’s also been called the Most Boring American Pastime (in my humble opinion). However, one husband just made the sport a little more interesting.
Dennis and Louise Pollock were at a Phillies game, enjoying the action (or lack thereof), when a foul ball nearly destroyed the day.
One of the players whacked the ball out-of-bounds an into the direction of the fans. Louise saw it coming straight at her and she couldn’t quite get out of the way fast enough.
So, what her knight in shining armor do?
He simply reached for the ball and yanked it from its flight with his bare hand, saving her from what could potentially be a very serious injury.
