According to HuffPost Weddings, Levy has been saving up for the perfect proposal since he was just 12 years old. Then he spent the past 17 months planning and finalizing every last detail of the proposal for his girlfriend Tiffany.

He didn’t just send Tiffany to get her nails done with her girlfriends. He brought her girlfriends in from out of town, had them surprise her, sent them to the salon, and snuck in a few other nifty treats.

I can only imagine what the wedding will be like after such a luxurious, well-planned and simply perfect proposal.
