It’s not surprising that so many people are nostalgic for decades past when it comes to today’s music.
They say what goes around comes back around over and over again, and that’s always true in the entertainment industry. However, when you turn on the radio these days, it’s not uncommon to wish that music had a little more class, from the lyrics to the questionable talent of some performers.
Simon Cowell and the rest of the judges on America’s Got Talent definitely know what to look out for when it comes to true talent, but they were a little skeptical of charismatic crooner Sal Valentinetti on a recent episode of the reality competition show.
By day, the 20-year-old Long Island, NY native works as a pizza delivery guy, but once he hits the stage, he turns into a true entertainer right out of the Rat Pack era.
No one can ever replace “Frankie Blue Eyes”, but Valentinetti came eerily close and completely knocked his version of the Frank Sinatra classic “My Way” out of the park, receiving the coveted “Golden Buzzer” from Heidi Klum.
