By that same regard, is there anything happier than the first day of Spring? There’s nothing quite like the feeling of warm weather and sun shine on our faces after a long, hard winter.

Humans are conditioned to slumber during the winter months and lethargically stumble through life. That’s just how it’s been for millions of years.

However, we awake in the Spring, open our eyes to a new day, and bask in the sunshine of life. And humans aren’t the only ones who do this. All animals feel the joy and freedom that comes with the first day of Spring.

Just ask these cows! The Danish livestock have never been quite so happy to see the sun and when they are released from their barn for the first time in six months, happiness ensues.

The animals act more like puppies than they do like cattle, but that doesn’t make it any less adorable.
