Suppose you’re walking in the mall and a street magician comes up to you and asks you to participate in some up-close magic. “Sure,” you say thinking it will be a fun, harmless prank. But then, he turns the tides on you and plays a trick involving cockroaches crawling on you. How do you think you’d react?
A professional prankster gave some poor people the scare of their lives with a very realistic magic trick. Here’s how it works: he put the cell phone in their hand, and asked them to try a new “app” that makes a realistic bug appear on the screen with motion sensor technology.
The video of the bug does look very real and he does a fairly good job at making the bug appear real, too. When the unsuspecting volunteers pulled their hands away, guess what was left behind. These courageous and poor volunteers took it pretty well. The trick took place in Australia, and I’m assuming these folks from down under are pretty good at handling bugs, compared to people in other parts of the world, who don’t take it as well (myself included)
They all kept their cool surprisingly well. I would have been all like:
