Sorry, not sorry we love these commercials. They are like the literal best.
Hefty is shining the light on mothers and letting audiences know Dads aren’t just the new trend; Moms can be hip too. These mothers aren’t like most Moms. They’re cool Moms. Men may have the Dad bod to claim as their own call to cool, but Moms show they can talk like the popular kids.
At first glance, these women look like your average cardigan-toting, PTA-attending, soccer Moms, but they are so much more.

These mother’s may be middle-aged, middle-income women who used to play beer pong back in 1999, but now they’re “on fleek.” It appears the whole ad campaign is a cute attempt from Hefty to compete with the tycoon of partying hard: the notorious Red Solo Cup. Hefty is hilariously targeting the Millennial generation by showing us what it would be like if our parents talked like us. Spoiler: it’s awk, man.
Apparently Hefty has some crack-resistant cups.
And they want all us young party-going kids (and our parents too) to convert from the ever popular Red Colo Cup fan club to the new and Hefty-er realm of partying. While we’re not sure that will happen anytime soon, we can assure you we love their commercials.
