Dad Has Been Tattooing Sons Drawings On His Arm Since He Was 5
This devoted dad from Ontario, Canada named Keith Anderson has been tattooing his son Kai’s drawings on his arm since he was 5.
Most people have never heard of tattooing original kid art before, but Keith Anderson says it’s so much fun.
When Kai was only 5 years old, dad Keith tattooed his first drawing of his sons art which was a daisy.
Ever since then, he has been tattooing Kai’s drawings every year of his life.
When Kai was 6, Keith tattooed Kai’s seahorse drawing.
When Kai was 7, Keith tattooed Kai’s maple leaf drawing.
When Kai was 8, Keith tattooed his favorite of his sons drawings, as shown above.
Recently Kai was there with Keith tattooing his drawing on his dad’s arm! Kai admits that “he loves it!”
People have asked Keith what will happen if he runs out of space, and Keith says that “I’ll just get him to draw smaller pictures.”
We hope you enjoyed this extremely touching article of this dad truly appreciating his child’s creativity, so much so, that we would permanently tattoo his sons art on his body. It’s safe to say Keith Anderson might be one of the coolest dad’s out there.
Please share this article if you agree, and want to share Keith’s story.

13 Silly Grammar Mistakes Even Smart People Make
Do you find yourself surprised when you stumble upon a LinkedIn profile of a high-level executive, or a prominent website only to find that it contains silly grammar mistakes?
We are surprised when we see these things too, and we’ve been finding more and more silly grammatical errors in publications and profiles all over the web.
Are these errors an indication of lack of intelligence? Or are they just silly mistakes that the writer is oblivious to?
LifeDaily has explored the most common grammar errors that even smart people make, compiled by Byron Reese the CEO of Knowingly. Reese got these errors from Correctica, a tool that scans websites looking for errors that spell checkers miss:
13. Piece of mind
Correct phrase- Peace of mind
This is such a common mistake that people make, but the term “piece” of mind, actually means taking out parts of your brain. “Peace” of mind translates to the meaning you are trying to convey which is calmness and tranquility of the mind.
12. I could care less
Correct phrase: I couldn’t care less
“I could care less” translates to it being impossible for you to care less about this because you have no more cares to give. “I couldn’t care less,” is the correct phrase which means you have maximum apathy towards a situation, which translates to you being indifferent, or having a lack of interest or concern.
11. For all intensive purposes
Correct phrase: For all intents and purposes
I know we’ve hardly ever seen anyone use this phrase correctly, but it is indeed the right one. “For all intents and purposes” originates from 1500s English law which stated “to all intents, constructions and purposes,” which basically means “officially” or “effectively.”
10. One in the same
Correct phrase: One and the same
“One in the same” would literally translate to “one” is inside of the same thing as myself, which makes absolutely no sense. The correct phrase “one and the same,” means the same thing or the same person. It’s only a one word difference, but like all of these phrases, it makes a huge difference in the meaning you’re trying to convey.
9. Make due
Correct phrase: Make do
To say something is due means that it is owed. To “make due” translates to “make owed,” which is incorrect. The correct phrase “make do” means “to make something do well” or “to make something sufficient.” When life gives you lemons, you make do and make lemonade.
8. By in large
Correct phrase: By and large
While “by and large” doesn’t have a literal meaning that makes sense, it was first used back in 1706 to mean “in general.” “By and large” is a nautical phrase derived from sailing, and it is the correct one.
7. Do diligence
Correct phrase: Due diligence
The correct phrase “due diligence” is a business and legal term that means you will investigate a person or business before signing a contract with them, or before you formally engage in a business deal together.
6. Case and point
Correct phrase: Case in point
“Case in point” derives its meaning from a dialect of Old French, and while it may not make any logical sense today, it is still the correct phrase.
5. Alot and a lot
Correct spelling- A lot
Spell check usually corrects this, or at least puts a red squiggly line underneath the word to show that it’s incorrect. Surprisingly however, people are still making this common grammatical error.
4. Loose and lose
Loose used correctly in a sentence is “loose change clinking in your pocket,” or “my pants are too loose.” Lose is what happens when you can’t find your keys, or you’ve been beat in a game.
3. Overuse of apostrophes
Many people overuse apostrophes, for example, if you want to refer to your whole family but don’t want to list everyone’s first name, you would say “The Browns” not “The Brown’s.” Years also should not have apostrophes for example “1980s” is correct but “1980’s” is incorrect.
2. Sneak peak
Correct phrase: Sneak peek
A “peak” is a mountain top, and a “peek” is a quick look. The correct expression is “sneak peek,” meaning a secret or early look at something.
1. Deep-seeded
Correct phrase: Deep-seated
While “deep-seeded” might seem like it makes sense, it actually indicates that something is planted deep in the ground, which is usually not the meaning you are trying to convey, unless you are a farmer. The correct phrase “deep-seated” indicates that something is firmly established.
We hope that this article has inspired you to use phrases correctly. What’s funny is, in using them correctly, people will probably tell you that you are wrong because they are so used to using and seeing these phrases incorrectly.
Be sure to pass the knowledge along and share this article!

7 Ways Being In Love Transforms Your Brain
Ahhh.. being in love. If you’re lucky, you’ve experienced the feeling of hearts racing and palms sweating at least once in your lifetime, as well as all these new feelings that you never knew you had.
What exactly is happening to our brains however when we fall in love? I’m sure you’ve wondered. Has your brain transformed? Because it must have for you to feel so extremely different.
LifeDaily has done their research and examined 7 Ways Being In Love Transforms Your Brain:
7. You de-stress
In healthy relationships, holding on to your partners hand is enough to decrease your stress levels, lower your blood pressure, ease your physical pain and improve your health. A healthy, encouraging relationship actually transforms and alters your brain function.
6. You glow
In a study that assessed couples who defined themselves as “madly in love,” scientists found that the reward centers of their brain lit up after just looking at a picture of their partner. In further MRI studies, people in love showed increased activity in a number of different regions of their brains that are involved in the dopamine reward system.
5. You feel safe
Similar to the first bond babies make with their mothers, the feeling of security will emerge in your relationship. As you change and age, your body remembers the brain cycles and stages that you went through in your youth, so when you feel reconnected to your baby self, like you do when you’re in love, those feelings of safety come flooding back.
4. You’re More Supportive
One of the biggest benefits of falling in love is that you’ll learn what it’s like to lean on and support another person. Building trust is crucial in a relationship, and your brain helps you out with that. Through MRI scans, research has found that when you fall in love, the frontal cortex of your brain that’s responsible for judgement shuts down. When you’re in love, you’re also less likely to be critical of your significant other.
3. You start thinking in two’s
It’s not just “me, me, me” anymore. Now that you have a partner to think about, so you start to use words like “we” and “us.” These words are healthy for you, as it’s amazing to feel linked to another person, where you have another heart to care for. Using words like “we” and “us” are also linked with a lower level of depression than those who us words like “me, myself and I.” More proof that being in a relationship is invaluable.
2. You feel a desire to reproduce
When you’re in love, oxytocin is released in your body, which stimulates childbirth and lactation. In addition, oxytocin has calming affects, and also increases the trust between two people. You feel extremely connected to your significant other, with a strong desire to reproduce.
1. You live longer
People in love report higher levels of dopamine, which is amazing for the quality of your life because those feelings are linked to pleasure, desire and euphoria. These feelings are as good for your heart as they are for your mental heath, and studies report that people in positive, healthy relationships live much longer.

Does Your City Have More Single Women Than Men?
It makes sense to think that living in a large city makes it easier to date. If you have a larger dating pool to choose from, you have a better chance of meeting ‘the one.’
And now with online dating becoming more prevalent, it only widens the pool, right? Well, that may be true, but how many single people really live around you? The problem with many cities in America is that the ratio of women to men is off, and that might be stopping you from meeting someone.
The Atlantic notes that there are 230,000 more single women than men in New York, and the trend continues all up and down the East coast. There are 70,000 more single women in Philadelphia, and 65,000 more single women in Washington D.C.
Alternatively, the pattern switches on the West Coast, with 50,000 more single men than women in San Diego, and 38,000 more single men in Seattle.
And these maps from the Martin Property Institute prove it:
But those numbers are only accurate when looking at all singles between the ages of 18-65. Surprisingly enough, when you narrow the pool to those only in the age range of 18-24, the number of single men outnumbers that of single women in almost all of the cities polled:
The same can be said for those between the ages of 25 and 34. But when they polled ages 35-44, the areas covered in pink became more noticable.
And then, when looking at the singles between the ages of 45 and 64, the map is almost entirely pink.
What does this tell us? More young men are single, while more older women are single? No wonder you have trouble finding a date!
Actually, as Business Insider reports, there are a lot of factors that could cause this pattern in the data, among them being that there are more male babies than female, which could account for the skew in the youngest bracket. In addition, women have a longer life expectancy, which could contribute to the latter map’s data.
The large age range skews the original data significantly. In the past, the idea was that New York women have such a hard time dating because there are so few single men (the same is often said for men living in parts of California). Well the truth is that, as people age, there become more single women than men, where as when people enter the dating world, there are many more single men almost everywhere in the country. So if you’re having trouble finding a date, you could consider moving to the other side of the country. Or, you could just try asking the cutie at the coffee shop to join you for one of these great first dates.

7 Unexpected Ways Celebrities Make Extra Money
Celebrities have a plethora of ways they make additional income, and like any smart entrepreneur, they do not leave their income to only one source.
These famous celebrities have money coming in from several revenue streams, and LifeDaily is going to share these 7 Unexpected Ways Celebrities Make Extra Money:
7. Lending their name
Celebrities like Jennifer Aniston have made a ton of money simply by lending their name to a brand, product or service. This can range anywhere from a perfume to athletic attire, to skincare and even water, like Jennifer Aniston’s Smart Water ad shown above.
6. Clothing lines
Celebrities such as Jessica Simpson, Madonna and Victoria Beckham have all launched clothing and/or accessory lines. Some chose to have their names associated with their line of clothing, like Jessica Simpson did, while others chose alternative brand names. Nevertheless, the celebrity recognition of the brands are what makes them so successful.
5. Modeling
Many actors, actresses and musicians sign on for modeling contracts that can produce them hundreds of thousands, or even millions of dollars in annual revenue. These campaigns are usually for luxury beauty products, perfume and clothing lines, and these modeling contracts can be for a short series of work, or sometimes a longer period of time, as the celeb will become “the face” of a brand. Shown above is David Beckham modeling for H&M.
4. Public appearances
Many celebrities are experts in their industry and can make money just by speaking about it, discussing how they became successful, and also by doing philanthropic projects. Their public appearances are dependent upon their skill sets in their areas of expertise, and some of the appearances they will do include industry events, corporate events, conferences and seminars.
3. Commercials
Just as with celebrities lending their name, many of them will be in a commercial to further promote a brand. Just like Beyonce’s Pepsi commercial, celebrities will make a significant amount of money for doing these television commercials. Sometimes these commercials are in conjunction with ad campaigns and modeling, and sometimes they are solo. They pay both an upfront free and ongoing residuals.
2. Inventions
Many celebrities wind up making new inventions that they either license or sell. An example of this is Dr. Dre’s Beats headphones, in which Dre created these headphones around something that he is passionate about, which is music. Since the product these celebrities invent is associated with their already famous name, they get instant brand recognition.
1. Investing
Celebrities make additional income by reinvesting their money in other businesses and projects. This can range anywhere from a startup, to the stock market, to an expanding business, or even buying and selling real estate. Ashton Kutcher has been very savvy in his investments in startups such as Skype, Airbnb, Foursquare, Hipmunk and LikeALittle, to name a few. You can even take a look at his CrunchBase recent milestones list, which shows you a full list of his tech acquisitions.
We hope that this article will encourage you to consider more than one revenue stream. Please leave any comments or thoughts below.

7 Reasons Why Adopting A Rescue Dog Is An Amazing Thing
Adopting a rescue dog can be one of the most rewarding things, not only for the dog, but for yourself as well.
LifeDaily explores 7 Reasons Why Adopting A Rescue Dog Is An Amazing Thing:
7. You help end homelessness
Adopting a rescue dog from either an animal shelter or rescue group helps end homelessness. Every year, millions of sweet, beautiful and loving dogs are left alone at animal shelters, and some are even killed as their is not enough cage space for all of them. Simple bad luck can cause dogs to become homeless, and you are the only one who can change this.
6. You prevent the dog from possibly being euthanized
Around 2.7 million dogs and cats are euthanized each year in the United States simply because there are too many pets, and not enough people adopt them. Because of this limited space at shelters, staff members sometimes need to make extremely hard decisions to euthanize animals because of this limited space to keep them.
5. You get a healthy pet
Animal shelters and rescue groups are filled with healthy animals just waiting for someone to take them home. Most shelters will examine dogs fully and provide them with vaccinations when they arrive. They may also spay or neuter them being putting them up for adoption.
4. You save money
In addition to saving a dogs life, you will also save money. Adopting from an animal shelter is much less expensive than buying a pet at a pet store or through a breeder. In addition, you will save money as you probably will not have to get the dog spayed, neutered or vaccinated.
3. You will provide the dog a second-chance at life
A lot of dogs are not lucky enough to get second chances, but by adopting a rescue dog you will give them another chance at life. They will get a fresh start and a new home, with you as a loving parent.
2. You will feel better
Pets, and especially dogs have a way of putting a smile on your face. It is no wonder they are known as “mans best friend.” They are known to be psychologically, emotionally, and physically beneficial to you, and you will feel an amazing sense of pride knowing that you saved this poor dogs life.
1. The love will be like no other
The love you will receive from this dog is like no other. Whether the dog was abused or abandoned, the love it will have for you because you saved it will be the most amazing feeling in the world. Your dog will know that you never gave up on him, and they will stick by you forever.
We hope that LifeDaily’s 7 Reasons Why Adopting A Rescue Dog Is An Amazing Thing will encourage you to consider adopting a pet. Please share this article with any dog lovers, or those who are considering adopting.

7 Shocking White House Secrets
Some of us may think we know what goes on in the White House, but we actually have no idea.
LifeDaily has done some digging and uncovered 7 Shocking White House Secrets:
7. There’s a twin White House in Ireland
James Hoban and Irish Architect is said to have based his plans for the White House on the Leinster House in Dublin. This house was originally the home of the Duke of Leinster, and these days is it the seat of the Irish Parliament.
6. It wasn’t always known as The White House.
Prior to Theodore Roosevelt’s presidency, it was known as the Executive Mansion.
5. The basement is basically an underground strip mall
Most people know about the bowling alley in The White House basement, but in addition to it, there is a Situation Room where the president holds meetings with advisors during crises, a flower shop, a carpenter’s shop, and a dentist’s office!
4. There is a Secret Service code phrase to indicate when the President and the First Lady are having sex
The code phrase to indicate the president (code name: Renegade) and his First Lady (code name: Renaissance) are having sex will be “discussing the Bosnian problem.” In the event that the president and his First Lady are not having sex however, Secret Service agents are instructed to say “they are reviewing the Bosnian situation.”
3. There’s no such thing as a free lunch, even for the First Family
There is no such thing as free food at The White House. At the end of each month, the president receives a bill for himself and his family’s personal food and expenses including toiletries and dry cleaning. This cost is deducted from his $400,000 annual salary.
2. It’s haunted
When Winston Churchill was British Prime Minister, he refused to ever stay in the Lincoln Bedroom again after walking out of the bath fully nude and finding President Lincoln’s ghost appeared beside the fireplace. There are additional reports as well of Lincoln’s ghost haunting The White House.
1. The West Wing was only meant to be temporary
The West Wing, first known as the Executive Office Building, was built by Teddy Roosevelt to keep the residential and official business areas separate. It wasn’t attached to the main house until President Taft cleared it so that he could be more involved with the day-to-day operations. People suspect that it was because President Taft wasn’t too keen on doing a lot of walking around the premises.
