Animal Aid Unlimited got a call when a dog had fallen into a deep well in a village outside of Udaipur.
When they arrived, they found a heartbroken dog in desperate need of help. While rescuers strapped on equipment to be lowered into the well to grab the dog, you could hear the dog’s cries echoing from below.
From the top of the well, the dog looked as if she was a puppy, but it turns out she was actually a full-size dog.
Struggling to lift the dog out of the well, finally, she was on land, and it appears that she couldn’t be happier. Wagging her tail in delight to show her appreciation, we are happy this rescue crew got there to save her in time.
Animal Aid named the dog Ruby, and we hope she has since found a forever home.
