K9 Rescues Abandoned Puppies Dumped In The Woods

TFC1 Ennis and his K9 Tek were patrolling an abandoned area in Southwest Atlanta, which is known to be a stolen car dumping ground.

Although they didn’t find anything they were looking for- stolen vehicles or suspects, they did find three tiny puppies with no mother in sight. It appeared that the unwanted pups were dumped in a briar patch and Trooper Ennis knew no one had any intention of coming back for them.

Ennis knew the best thing to do was to bring the pups back to the Georgia Department of Public Safety headquarters to warm them up. With the help of his trusty K9 partner Tek, they loaded the puppies into the vehicle and brought them to the headquarters.

The Georgia DPS shared the adorable pups on Facebook with a note, “A trooper never knows what he may encounter on a shift, but a day with puppies is a good day.” We totally agree! Thanks to Trooper Ennis and K9 Tek for giving these adorable puppies a second chance at life!

Of course, these absolutely adorable puppies were adopted immediately, and we are so thankful that Ennis was in the right place at the right time.

How any pet owner could dispose of an animal in such a cruel way is something we just don’t understand. Instead of dumping innocent animals in a stolen car dumping group, the owner could have taken the pups to a local shelter or animal control center. Unfortunately, officers do not have any information on the pup’s previous owner.

The good news is, the puppies are safe and have already been placed in their forever homes! What a happy ending to a story that could have ended tragically!

Hairless Dog Is Unrecognizable After Growing Back His Coat

When a dog named Norman was found roaming the streets of Houston, Texas, he was severely emaciated and desperately searching for food.

It was apparent that he either never had a loving home or his owners severely neglected him. Adorable Mutts Rescue took Norman in and rehabilitated him for nearly two months.

Being that he was so thin and had lost all his hair, an important part of Norman’s treatment was a healthy diet- this would be essential to his recovery. Luckily for Normal, a charity called Rescue Bank donated top-notch dog food to feed him, and this relieved the rescue of these costs.

The money Adorable Mutts Rescue wound up saving on food was then put toward veterinarian care and other medical needs. Due to a combination of the loving care, Norman received at the rescue, and a healthy diet full of nutrients, his coat began to grow back.

Credit: Rescue Bank

After several weeks at the rescue, the former stray dog went from looking like gray bones to a healthy puppy with a shiny tan and white coat. His exterior is healing, but his emotional scars will take time, so Adorable Mutts put him in a class for socialization and basic command training.

Shortly after, Norman was adopted into a loving home, although it did take him many days to warm up to his owner. She refused to give up on Norman, and once she earned his trust, the two now have an unbreakable bond! Norman is now enjoying his new life in Canada where we’re sure his mom will take good care of him forever!

Thanks to Adorable Mutts Rescue and Rescue Bank for helping Norman recover!

Blind Stray Cat Surprises Rescuer After Revealing His Gorgeous Eyes

A Florida resident, found a stray cat wandering outside his home in Royal Palm Beach and knew he needed help.

The man named Joe noticed the cat was suffering from a severe case of mange and the kitty’s eye were crusted shut. Joe rushed to get a carrier for the cat and placed some food inside.

Credit: Carmen Weinberg

The cat, who was later named Cotton, walked right into the carrier as he smelled the food and was absolutely starving. When Joe got home he posted a plea on a local group on Facebook for someone to help the cat.

That was when Carmen Weinberg, founder of Animal Friends Project came across the post through a friend and she just couldn’t say no. Being that she treated other cats suffering from the same condition, Weinberg knew just how to help.

Credit: Carmen Weinberg

“[Joe] said Cotton came out of nowhere and started eating from the bowl of food he had for his cat. He said Cotton seemed very hungry, like if he had not eaten in days,” Weinberg told Love Meow.

Cotton couldn’t open his eyes due to the disease and he wandered outdoors completely blind for who knows how long.

Credit: Carmen Weinberg

“He purred the whole time they were examining him! He received antibiotics, a dose of Revolution and fluids and we went home. Fortunately, I had a spare bathroom where he could stay. Cotton was very skinny but fortunately, he ate well and was in good spirits. He must have sensed we were trying to help him and he loved to be touched,” Weinberg said.

Credit: Carmen Weinberg

Within a few days, the crust on Cotton’s ears started to come off, and he began to heal. “We put Coconut oil to soothe his skin and gave him lots of water and canned food to keep him hydrated. Cotton stayed hunched over for days and days and seemed very uncomfortable. It was hard seeing him in that condition, knowing only time would heal him,” Weinberg said.

“Little by little he started to gain weight. It was a nice surprise to see that he had one blue eye and one yellow eye. His hair started to grow again,” she continued.

Weinberg couldn’t believe how absolutely gorgeous Cotton’s eyes were, and she was so happy she was able to save him from a life on the streets.

Joe was grateful to Weinberg for responding to his Facebook post, proving the power of social media can really make a difference!

Hiking for six hours in the dark through a wolf-infested Siberian forest in -30 degrees would be challenging for even the best survival experts, which is why so many are stunned that a four-year-old girl was able to do it all on her own.

Four-year-old Saglana Salchak had been left in her grandparent’s care, but when her 60-year-old grandmother, who had a heart condition, died unexpectedly, she was forced to get help from the nearest neighbor since her grandfather was blind and needed help.

Photo by Yury Darbaa/The Siberian Times

However, the grandparents lived in a remote part of Siberia and the nearest neighbor was about five miles away. Despite the -30 degrees weather, deep snow drifts, and the wolf-infested forest, the brave little girl set out on the long hike and miraculously made it to the neighbor six hours later. “It was very cold and I was so hungry,” Saglana said. “But I wasn’t scared. I was just walking, walking, walking. And I finally got there.

Photo by Yury Darbaa/The Siberian Times

The neighbor immediately contacted a rescue team to go save the girl’s grandfather, and Saglana, who has since turned five, went to the hospital to be treated for hypothermia. “This girl acts as a professional already. She took the matches to light a fire, in case,” said Semen Rubtsov, head of the search and rescue in Tuva. “The difficulty was that she had to make her way through snowdrifts.”

Photo by Yury Darbaa/The Siberian Times

“There also was a great danger – wild animals. Bears are hibernating now, but Tuva is crowded with wolves. They plague the cattle, and shepherds groan because of them. In the dark, she could easily have stumbled on a pack. This girl was lucky that she did not meet them.”

Can you believe how brave this little girl was when faced with such daunting task? Let us know what you think in the comments below and please SHARE this with friends on Facebook.

Doctors Find A Heart For Baby After Church Prayed For A Miracle

When North Carolina parents Melanie and Mike Leitner found out their baby girl might not live to see her first birthday, they were devastated but found new hope when doctors came up with a new plan to transplant a healthy heart.

“We were told that Ella had a large mass in the left ventricle of her heart and to prepare ourselves that she would not make it through the weekend,” mom Melanie said. But doctors decided there might be time to find baby Ella Kate a new heart and they put on a transplant list in November.

As time passed and Ella got more sick, her parents started to worry there wouldn’t be enough time to find a heart donor. “I had actually called into cardiology and I had said, ‘she’s getting worse. She’s gray all the time and she’s not breathing well and she’s making these gasping sounds,'” Melanie said. “We were in a race against time for Ella Kate, she was starting to get very sick,” said Dr. Gonzalo Wallis, Medical Director of Levine Children’s Hospital’s pediatric heart transplant program.

Two months later in January, Ella was still hanging on, but it was obvious she wasn’t going to last much longer so the pastor at Abundant Life Foursquare Church where the family went to church stopped the service and had everyone pray for a miracle. “He said our little girl is failing, she’s getting sicker and we need to pray. They prayed over her, and they prayed over us,” Melanie said.

“On our way home from church, we got the call that changed our world. Celine, our other coordinator, called and said we got the offer for the perfect heart for Ella,” Melanie said. “If this wasn’t a God moment, I don’t know what could be.” They rushed Ella straight to the hospital and she went in for emergency surgery when the donor heart arrived. “I was seeing a child get sick in front of my eyes and I had nothing to offer, and finally we do this and they’re doing great,” Dr. Wallis said.

Now, Ella has made it past her first birthday and is thriving thanks to her new heart, which Melanie and Mike are forever grateful for. “You know that another family has lost their child, and you know that in their darkest moments they were able to make the decision that saved my little girl,” Melanie said. “We will be eternally grateful for that.”

Kitten Survives 30 Minute Cycle In Washing Machine

Cats are known for having nine lives, but one six-month-old kitten used up just about all of them within 30 minutes after she miraculously survived a rinse cycle in the washing machine.

Owner Ruth Horton had been doing some chores around the house when she noticed her six-month-old black cat named Kitty had disappeared. “It was unusual as whatever room I’m in she follows me in too. I started searching all the rooms in our house but I couldn’t find her,” Horton said. “So, I thought I’d take the washing out. But when I started to sort through the clothes which should have been very light, I noticed I had something very heavy in my hand. I realized it was my cat’s leg. She meowed and my first reaction was to scream as I thought she was dead. I felt sick and terrified.”

Horton rushed Kitty to Taverham Vets and was told that her hypothermic kitten most likely wouldn’t make it through the night. “Every time the phone rang I thought she was dead. But the next morning, we were told she was fine,” Horton said. “Normally it’s a sad outcome. Unfortunately, because of the temperature and the detergent, they pass away either through getting really hot or really cold. Also, the toxicity of detergent usually burns the skin. Kitty was given intravenous fluids and she was warmed up slowly and surely as she was so cold,” nurse Hayley Hyam said. “She was also given medication to help protect her system and oxygen therapy as she was struggling to breathe.”

Five days later, Kitty finally got to go home and has made a full recovery but Horton still isn’t sure how Kitty got in the machine in the first place. “I was in the laundry room sorting out the washing when I turned my back to pick up some detergent. Kitty must have sneaked in there without me realizing. I pressed the button and went off to eat dinner. I never thought anything of it,” Horton said. “It’s a miracle she’s alive.”

Vets Saves Dog After She Was Impaled By A 33-Inch Stick

When dog owner Lee Humphreys saw her normally energetic dog lying lifelessly in the dirt, she knew something was very wrong and was horrified when she discovered a 33-inch long branch had impaled her dog.

“When I first found Mya lying on the ground I couldn’t really work out what was wrong and then I realized this branch was sticking out of her chest,” Lee said. “I knew I needed to snap it to free her but I’m not sure how I had the strength to do it because it was an inch thick. At that point, I had no idea how deep it went. I just felt sick, it was so horrific and she was in great distress.”

Mya had been chasing a rabbit when she ran into the fallen branch, which pierced through her body from her shoulder and out her thigh. Once the 56-year-old managed to break the branch, she carried the 75-pound dog on a stretcher to the vet’s emergency van with the help of three friends, the vet, a nurse and two tree surgeons. Once at the vet, they did an x-ray and discovered the stick went through the spleen, diaphragm, and liver.

They immediately rushed her into surgery, which lasted five hours. Even after the surgery,  doctors still didn’t think she would make it. However, they were shocked when she was back on her feet three days later. “It was a real rollercoaster for the owners,” said vet Laura Pons. “She was a really powerful dog and she was fighting so hard, that’s what made us continue with the treatment. We had to get plasma sent from Scotland for transfusions. But she just seemed to have miracle after miracle. I was amazed she survived the surgery. I have dealt with a couple cases of impalement before but never anything like this.”

“It was such a relief when she stood up and wagged her tail,” said Lee. “She is now a healthy dog again. She loves running around chasing after things again so it doesn’t seem to have put her off… Her total bill was £17,000. We had to pay about £7,000 from our own pocket. But she’s worth it, we love her very much.”

Hero Rescues Mom And Her 8 Kittens Locked In A Suitcase

Dogs have incredibly sensitive noses and when one UK dog picked up on an unusual smell while on a walk with his owner, he went straight to the source of the smell: an old, battered suitcase lying on train tracks.

The woman could hear something inside so carefully unzipped the suitcase and discovered a mother cat and her eight kittens that looked malnourished. The woman couldn’t bare the thought of leaving them there so she brought them all home and called the RSPCA.

Since the 5-year-old mother cat, who rescuers named Tarini, was in much worse shape than her babies, she was taken straight to the vet and her babies were taken to the RSPCA center. “She was kept at the vets as she was so dehydrated and needed a drip, but has since been moved to the cattery to be with her litter and is doing much better,” said Amy De-Keyzer from the RSPCA.

The kittens, on the other hand, were just five weeks old but were in much better condition. With some extra food and love, they quickly gained back some strength. For now, the little family is recuperating at the RSPCA center and the staff hopes to eventually find them all loving homes. “The kittens are still too young to be rehomed and we need to make sure the mum is healthy enough before being rehomed,” De-Keyzer said.

Mom Warns Parents After Daughter Almost Died From Energy Drink

Everyone knows that energy drinks aren’t the healthiest of beverages, but now one UK mom is warning parents just how dangerous the caffeine-filled drinks are after her 13-year-old almost lost her life after drinking them.

Like many other students, 13-year-old Caitlin Fraser would buy a caffeine energy drink every day at lunch from an ice cream truck outside her school, but she recently learned how much damage the drinks were doing to her body after she collapsed in class and started suffering stroke-like symptoms.

“The right side of my face dropped and I was wondering what was going on then two minutes later my full right side had dropped and I had no sensation down my right side,” said Caitlin. “I was really scared, my friends then told the teacher who went and got a first aider and the school contacted my mum and dad and then phoned an ambulance. When the ambulance arrived I was rushed to Monklands Hospital and was seen straight away. I was given a CT scan, an ECG, I had my blood tested and a chest X-ray.”

“I had no idea what was happening and was very worried, I didn’t really know what to think,” the 13-year-old said. Finally, doctors diagnosed her with sporadic Hemiplegic Migraine that was brought on from the dangerously high caffeine levels in her body.

“I used to buy this drink Emerge every day at lunch from the ice cream van which is parked outside school and some shops in the street. The doctors and consultant said if I drink this again I could end up having a cardiac arrest. I just want to make people aware of what happened to me, yes it’s very rare, but it can happen to you.

Laura Fraser, Caitlin’s mom, is now warning parents to be more careful about what their kids are drinking. “Caitlin was very lucky, she had no idea these were causing so much harm. When the teachers called me I was truly horrified, I thought she was having a stroke,” Laura said. “She will never drink these drinks again because of what happened to her, but I wanted to warn other parents to urge their children to be careful. This could have been so much worse.”

Mom Feeds 30,000 People Thanks To Extreme Couponing

As a kid, Lauren Puryear was always taught to help others in need, so last year the then 29-year-old mom of one decided to challenge herself and see if she could feed 30,000 people in need before turning 30.

“[My grandmother] always taught us to help other people and to love other people,” Lauren said. “I know that she would want me to carry on her legacy.” While feeding 30,000 people seems impossible to most, Lauren knew she could achieve her goal with the help of extreme couponing.

Photo by For the Love of Others

“After I couponed for 50 jars of Ragu sauce and 100 boxes of Barilla pasta all for free, I knew I was going to make a difference in the world,” she said. Lauren started her project by delivering 5,000 meals to people in New Jersey, Washington D.C., and Baltimore last year, and started expanding the project after seeing how successful she was. Since starting the project, Lauren has already reached her goal and has fed 30,000 people even though her birthday isn’t until September 2017.

Photo by For the Love of Others

“I will keep on feeding until [my 30th birthday] and see what number I can get up to. Maybe 300,000!” said Lauren, who started an organization called For the Love of Others after seeing how her project was helping people. “We were also providing meals for the everyday working American who is living at or below the poverty line,” she said. “I am starting a new initiative called Push Past Poverty, where I will aim to educate those in need on how to rise above the poverty line by utilizing community resources, coupons and other tools.”

Photo by For the Love of Others

While some are calling Lauren a superhero, she just sees it as a way of continuing her family legacy, which her six-year-old has happily embraced as well. “He’s really grown into such a little humanitarian,” she said. “I hope he’ll continue to help others throughout his life however he sees fit. He also learned how to coupon, which he loves.”

Can you believe how many people this hero mom has been able to feed thanks to coupons? Let us know what you think in the comments below and please SHARE this with friends on Facebook.

This past year, one curious toddler make his way up to the roof of a hotel his family was staying at and tragically fell off the sixth-floor balcony. The fall should have killed him, but he miraculously survived.

Neil Shanahan, then two-and-a-half years old, had been staying at the Strand Hotel in Limerick with his family when he darted off into an elevator without his parents and went up to the sixth floor. Not realizing how dangerous it was, Neil made his way out onto a rooftop balcony, climbed out onto large letters that spelled the hotel’s name, and then fell to the ground when he lost his grip.

Thankfully, American nurse Julie Genova was on vacation in Limerick and immediately ran to help when she saw the toddler fall to the ground. “I just want to thank the woman who resuscitated him, she is an American nurse. I just saw her breath life back into him,” mom Martina Collins said. “When he coughed and when he moaned, I just knew he wasn’t dead. It was an amazing thing that she was there, and that she was on site at that moment.”

Neil was rushed to the hospital alive but in critical condition and had to be put into the ICU and put in a full body cast. But just five weeks later, Neil was allowed to go home and has since made a full recovery. “I believe I got a dig out, I really do,” Martina said. “I’m just so delighted I got my [boy] back. He’s my life. I would never have got over it if we had lost him.”

The now three-year-old has no remaining injuries from the accident and just returned to the Rainbow Childcare Academy for the first time since the accident. “He has just settled back in with so much ease. A lot of children have enrolled this year,” said manager Nichola McEwan, who was stunned to see how well Neil has recovered. “He wouldn’t have known them. But he’s just slotted in. He loved all the activities. He’s very sociable. He’s just a delight to have.”

NYPD Rescues Ponies Who Escaped Their Barn During A Snowstorm

This is something you don’t see every day…

During winter storm Stella, two miniature ponies escaped from a stable on Staten Island and frolicked in the snowy, slushy streets. The runaways, named Blondie and Jewel, bolted from their stable on Wakefield Road in the Eltingville section around 10:30 a.m., after their barn door was blown open by the wind.

Credit: Carol Ann Benanti

Dad Blondie, who is nine, and his daughter Jewels, four, wandered no more than a mile when they were spotted by a man named Robert Stasio. “I just looked out the window to see how bad it was coming down still and I see two ponies,” Staten Island resident Robert Stasio told the New York Post, “I thought I was imagining things!”

Stasio told reporters that he hopped in his truck to tail the ponies as they pranced along Richmond Avenue to Hylan Boulevard. He eventually got out of his vehicle and chased the ponies by foot, when he ran into two police officers who help round up the ponies.

Credit: Anthony Dominick/NY Daily News

He explained to Gothamist, “They [the cops] didn’t have a rope. Another fella came out the car, he had some kind of strap. The ponies were pulling me, they were dragging me in the snow, and then eventually I got them to stop and the guy came and put the rope around their neck and tied one to the pole and then we got the other one.”

Off-duty NYPD cop Anthony Parante pitched in and told the New York Post, “They were very well behaved. I managed to put it on them like you would a dog leash,” said Parente, an 11-year veteran who was on his way to work. “Never would’ve thought I’d see two ponies in the middle of a blizzard on Staten Island.”

Police safely returned Blondie and Jewels to Nasso and Mayor Bill de Blasio confirmed that both of the ponies “are safe and in great shape” after being returned home.

Two Starving Dogs Are Completely Transformed By Love

The Chicago Police Department found two dogs, Oscar and Emmy, in an abandoned building two years ago.

The dogs were severely underweight, and it was clear that they had been uncared for all their lives. Oscar and Emmy would need immediate medical care, so the police called in a local rescue group, Trio Animal Foundation, to help.

Emmy, the sweet red dog, was especially ill. “Her body was in starvation mode,” Trio Animal Foundation posted on its Facebook page. “Emmy was started on IV fluids, pain medication, antibiotics and a slow feeding regimen.” The dogs were so underfed that too much food could have overwhelmed their systems, so they needed to be reintroduced to food slowly.

When Emmy met a special human at the animal hospital where she was being treated, everything began to change for her.

Credit: Trio Animal Foundation/Facebook

“Emmy fell for one of her vet technicians, and he fell for her,” Trio Animal Foundation posted on Facebook. “When Emmy was weak and didn’t want to leave Anthony’s side, he would drape her around his neck and carry her around like a little fawn … this is when Emmy was happiest.”

Credit: Trio Animal Foundation/Facebook

Once she was strong enough to walk around, she would go searching the hospital for Anthony. The two became so close that Anthony teared up when it was time for Emmy to leave the hospital.

Anthony officially became Emmy’s forever dad at the end of August. “He couldn’t lose his favorite girl,” the rescue posted.

As far as Oscar, he went through special training to help him regain his trust in humans and he too has been adopted into a loving home

Looking at where these two dogs started, it’s incredible to see how far they’ve come when they were first rescued. Emmy and Oscar proved that no matter what their past held, they were able to forgive and move on to have a happy and beautiful future.

When photographer Thomas Yoxall woke up early one morning, he got in his car to start his five-hour journey to a conference. He imagined he would spend his day photographs, but what he did instead has people hailing him a hero.

While driving to the conference in Anaheim, California, Yoxall noticed a patrol car fly by. “I was thinking, not a good way to start the morning with someone getting pulled over,” Yoxall said. But when he finally caught up and saw the patrol car again, he realized the cop was responding to a call not giving someone a ticket.

When Andersson arrived, he saw two potential victims and he quickly got to work blocking the lane with his car, setting up flares, and calling for a medical helicopter. But when he returned to the victim, the man that had just been beside her was gone. “I scan with my flashlight, and I found him standing in the emergency lane,” Andersson said about the shooter. “I could tell he already had his weapon pointed at me.”

In an instant, the man shot his last bullet and struck Andersson in his shoulder, which left his arm paralyzed, and then lunged at him. “A half inch to my right, it would have missed me,” Andersson said. “A few inches to my left, it would have hit my vest… I would try to get my taser out, but every time I would do that, he would strike me in the head and pound my head on the pavement.”

All Andersson could do was try to endure the beating and roll onto his right side to keep the man from getting his gun.“I knew, if he got my gun, it’d be all over right then,” he said. Yoxall, a former felon, saw the brutal attack and pulled over. “He’s beating him in a savage way, just fist after fist,” Yoxall said. “I yell out to the suspect to stop. I said ‘Get off him!’ His facial expression, the look in his eye was ‘evil’ if I had to put a word on it.”

“I hear a voice… ask me if I needed help,” Andersson recalled. “I said ‘Yes, I do.’ The next thing I hear is two shots… As much as I fought, at one point, I probably couldn’t have gone on anymore. I probably wouldn’t be here if not for him.” Andersson was then rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery, but knows he’s alive today because of Yoxall. “I hope people understand that he had to do what he had to do to save somebody else’s life,” Andersson said. “Getting involved isn’t a bad thing, even if it’s just stopping to call 911.”

“I get to see my grandkids grow up, my daughters get married eventually. He did a fabulous thing,” Andersson said. “God chose to put me in that place at that particular moment,” Yoxall said. “I just can’t see an evil like that perpetuated without intervening.”

After a tragic car accident left one California 7-year-old paralyzed from the waist down, doctors told him and his family that he would never walk again and never regain feeling.

“Doctors were telling us there’s no chance of recovery, there’s no chance of sensation, or even the hope of movement at all,” mom Lyhoy Mansy said about the moment doctors told her that her son Bruce would be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.

For months after the September accident, Bruce was understandably crushed after being told there was no hope. “Sometimes we catch him staring off into the distance, daydreaming a bit when he sees other children playing.” But then the family found Project Walk, a physical therapy program that helps people with spinal cord injuries.

“They are an answer to our prayers because they specialize in spinal cord injuries and work with patients to strengthen the body functions below the injury level. The challenge is the program is expensive, not covered by the insurance,” said the family, who has started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money to afford Project Walk, which has already improved Bruce’s condition.

since starting therapy, Bruce has been working hard to be able to dance, and with a little help from a harness, he’s finally started dancing again. “Seeing him be able to move again with his dance rhythm even though he’s still on a harness, it’s very encouraging because he’s happy again,” Lyhoy said. “He’s able to move and dance in a way where it’s different, but he’s still expressing himself.”

McDonald’s Worker Leaps Out Of Drive-Thru Window To Save Cop

Normally, police are the ones coming to rescue a stranger and being hailed a hero, but this past week the roles reversed when a brave McDonald’s employee rescued an off-duty cop.

22-year-old Pedro Viloria was working the drive-thru window at a South Florida McDonald’s when a woman, who happened to be an off-duty Miami-Dade police officer, pulled up to the drive-thru window to pay for her and her children’s food.

But when Viloria attempted to pass the woman her food, he noticed she was struggling to breathe and was unresponsive. “I see she’s hardly breathing, and I thought that’s not normal,” Viloria said. And when the car suddenly spun out of control and Viloria heard the children screaming from the car, he jumped through the window and stood in front of the car to stop it.

“I never panicked. I never panicked at all. My brain was on hero mode, totally. I thought immediately something’s going on with that woman right now and I gotta do something,” Viloria said. “I thought if these kids lose their mother today, that’s gonna be tragic. It is what a hero does, if I would’ve need to die to save that woman, I would’ve done it.”

Luckily, the curb stopped the car from going any further, and Viloria was able to pull the woman safely out of her car. A paramedic inside the McDonald’s immediately rushed out and the woman was brought to the hospital for treatment.

Watch the entire video below to see the incredible moment this hero literally jumped out of a window to save a complete stranger.
